10/10. All the way - from location to everything. Everything about this Hotel was fabulous. I knew nothing about Menorca even before I arrived, I left feeling that I was leaving a group of friends.  To Joan and everyone a heartfelt Thankyou from Catherine in England. I felt set up for Winter until arriving in Manchester

The staff made it a great experience. Good variety for the food and general ambiance was great! Lots of amenities but the spa and changing room looked a little dated and tired, so did the corridors. The room was also very simple and bed quite squeaky, which were disappointing. Loved that they offered showers on the day we left!

Generally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

It is a nice hotel and the rooms were really nice. I liked that they had their own market and restaurant and bar as well as separate buffet section. Only thing was no tea bags or coffee sachets and drinking water bottle in the room.
