De lo peor... al llegar al hotel me fue rechazada mi reservacion la cual fue a travez de *******, ellos alegaron que se habia reservado a alguien mas y que buscara otro hotel para quedarme, despues de viajar por mas de 24 hrs.
Luego con ******* no quiso hacer mi devolucion alegando las politicas del hotel. Y las del servicio al cliente? Que?...
No lo recomiendo, pesimo servicio...

What I like the most the lady who worked the morning. She went out her way to help me. To figure out why I wasn’t upset up in a room. Very nice lady.

My stay was great 👍! I loved the quiet and the fact that I could cook my own food. I also enjoyed having a refrigerator with an ice maker…woohoo!
