Superbe week end de saint Valentin avec une belle surprise à notre arrivée . Des petits chocolat leonidas, deux cygnes fait avec des serviettes de toilette et une belle rose. Accueil souriant, agréable, chambre spacieuse et propreté impeccable.

Needs lots of iprovement
The front desk staff was helpful. Restaurant was only ok. The room wasn’t cleaned very well…no replacement of towels left, as directed, on the floor, used paper cups not disposed/replaced, tissue box was nearly empty when we arrived, and wasn’t replaced until I asked, then it took the front desk several minutes to find a new box. The worst thing was the infestation of Asian Lady Bugs. I had to kill several. (written on behalf of Jim Z, by Holly L, who also stayed int the property at the same time.

Beds are hard. Basic accommodations. I need a small refrigerator for medication and they don’t have any in the rooms they had to store it for me extremely inconvenient. The rooms were clean but the air conditioning does not work the rooms were very hot no air flow. Not enough towels in the room had to request them.

A cidade não oferece muitas opções de estadia em hotel de rede, este é bem localizado e fica num imóvel grande , com estacionamento fácil e gratuito e é
Excelente área de recepção e café da manhã; os quartos porém estão precisando de atualização, roupa de cama limpa mas não novíssima, carpetes antigos , ducha muito ruim e banheiro pequeno

duvet can't provide not confort
we are three people in friends holiday trip.
i had let hotel know we have three people and need more one set duvet for the separated single bed.
however, hotel can not supply with us in the first night.
Weather is cold, it is winter in France.

Novotel classique, les chambres sont confortables mais mal insonorisées, on peut entendre vibrer un téléphone portable dans la chambre d’à côté. Personnel très agréable.
