"預訂的房間本來應該是高級房，但是當我們到達時，前台工作人員說他們已經訂滿了，只提供了一間基本房。當被問及解決方案時，前台工作人員一直告訴我他們不知道這個“trip.com”，而且他們無能為力。否則： (+) 位置，步行 10 分鐘即可到達鎮上 (+) 房間很安靜 (-) 小型移動房屋式浴室 (-) 第一間房間聞起來發霉了 (+) 搬到了另一個房間，還好 (-) 床墊很薄 (-) 沒有便利設施（沒有水壺、吹風機等）"

"The location and condition of the hotel itself were good, but one thing that happened after check out left me very disappointed with the hotel room management and service. We accidentally left two pairs of shoes in room 501 on the day of check-out, and the shoes were packed in a red Maxim paper bag. I found out just a few hours after checking out and immediately called the hotel and then emailed with very specific messages including room number, items and packaging. But the hotel replied that it was not found. What makes me particularly difficult to understand is that when we stayed in room 501, we found a pair of old shoes left by the previous guests in the closet, which seemed to have been there for a long time. This in itself made me wonder whether the hotel's housekeeping would carefully check the closet and other places. We reported missing two pairs of shoes only a few hours after we checked out, but we didn't find them. As we were leaving France for Italy soon, it was difficult to send even if found, so I did not continue to ask the hotel to find it. Two pairs of shoes are not very valuable items in themselves, but the whole experience left me very disappointed with the hotel's housekeeping and the lost property management. For a hotel of this grade, I think guests should be able to expect more serious, reliable room inspections and lost property management."

"Great hotel for the price off season. Clean and basic. Be mindful that their is no lift, and in my opinion, it is not polite to insist to an older woman to carry baggage. I would skip the breakfast as the eggs were cold and ran out in the first 20 minutes that breakfast was open. No one was around to help with breakfast service. There are better places to have breakfast if you can wait until 8 am. The bar and lounge are lovely. However, of my 4 days, only one of the days was there anyone to serve the lounge, and I felt like a burden for even asking for a drink. The dinner was ok but limited and very pricey. However, off season without a car, you're limited for food options around."

"設施：基本在線，第一次遇到浴室和盥洗盆和床都在卧室沒有隔離開的；昨天陰雨還好沒洗澡； 衞生：很乾凈，細節點綴小裝飾； 環境：在巴約小鎮主要街道上，步行火車站約2公里；小鎮街邊店鋪不是全天營業的，去諾曼底奧馬哈登陸海灘導航乘坐公交120路3歐就到了，公交車很準時，要查清來回車次和時間；還有二戰紀念館可以參觀，但不在一個車站，我昨天冒雨完成，也算感受點登陸氛圍了✅喜歡二戰歷史的可以參考。 服務：房東大媽下午上班，按時check in。我衹住一晚而已。 去諾曼底登陸海灘的交通，從巴黎火車2-4小時就到了巴約，比卡昂近一大站。車次非常多，在巴黎gare saint lazare站。"

Gilles and Michael have created a most welcoming experience with attention to every minute detail in creative decor, delicious breakfast and helpful conversation. My eyes would notice something different with every glance whether inside or out in the glorious gardens. It was the most perfect place to stay.as it is safe, convenient, relaxing and indeed magical."
