Everyone prodived outstanding friendly customer service. They demonstrated that appreciated our business.

We loved that we didn’t have to eat the $50 buffet for every meal because there was an outstanding restaurant (palms cafe) with great down to earth and prices. We gambled when we wanted and as much as we wanted but we stayed in the room which was quiet and gave us the break we needed.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Most of the staff was cheerful and kind. Will be staying again

This is an AMAZING priest. It was our first time there and it will not be our last time!! Everyone was so nice, rooms were clean and updated. Everything was GREAT!!

The low cost is good however the rooms smell like cigarette smoke and in order to go to the hotel you must go through the ****** floor

Check in was a little awkward. The woman that checked Jusin wanted me to use the wrap I’m not an app type person. She seems be a little put off that she had to do to check in process with me. I thought this was odd since this was a major ******, on the other hand, the ****** was great. Food and beverage was awesome. Went to the steakhouse. Had a nice dinner at the bar with my fiancé had a really great time bartender/server was excellent with Holly recommend that port of.

The only improvement I can think of is within the Cafre. The food was mediocre. Staff very nice.

The rooms are really nice for the price. I didn't really care for the ****** floor it was a little outdated it seemed like but the food was really good at the buffet definitely recommend would almost certainly go back and stay

The hotel felt safe and the ****** was clean. Best part was the staff, all were friendly. Also dined at the Blue Bayou, the staff and food were exceptional.

The ****** was not to bad but the room smelled like someone smoked in it right before we got there. When we got home we had to wash all our clothes even the ones we didn't wear.
