Breakfast area was family friendly so kids can help themselves. Good choices for breakfast and the dining room was nice. Waterpark was fun for small children

From the minute we walked in, the front desk lady was rude to not only us but the new girl behind the desk as well. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the room and the girl needed help just for her to be yelled at and barely helped so we had to stand there checking in for nearly 20 minutes. We then went and checked out the water park and for the price we paid there should have been way more tubes out to go down the slide/lazy river. The pool attendants were not doing their job, instead decided they were going to stand behind the counter and talk about what shoes they had on their feet. Every person we had swimming had on bands but they still insisted on kicking out the two people we had with that were fully clothed, watching the one year old baby, clearly not about to swim anytime soon. As well as the water park not being worth it, there were no towels. And the staff told us they couldn’t grab any just for us to walk around the counter and there was a whole stack of them. They couldn’t just go grab them? Especially knowing the water park was closing and multiple people would need towels. Work on hiring better staff that actually know how to treat your guests, especially for the price you charge.

The water park itself was definitely geared more for kids which was nice, not as overwhelming as great wolf, but there was SO much chlorine. Our kids, and even the adults couldn’t stop coughing after being in the pool area for a while. I think if they had better ventilation it would improve that. Pools were clean. Unfortunately , when we folded out the sofa bed, we found an empty bag of popcorn and a pair of men’s underwear :/. When we notified the front desk, no one really seemed to care . That was gross and disappointing .

Chlorine levels way high. Kids got sick because of it. Skin and eyes burned even after showers.

I really like the pool area with all the padding for the floors! Made me feel more safe especially with little kids!

Water park is nice and clean. Traveled with kids ages 2-11 and they all enjoyed it. Its easy to watch the kids from all the tables that are set up. Nice an open so you can see all the areas of the water park. Breakfast was great too. the pancake maker was a hit!

The park is great and would be perfect except the chemicals were way too strong. Our kids all got coughs from the strong chemicals in the air and water and were finding it hard to breathe in the water park. They got itchy and dry skin worse than we've ever had at other water parks. We've been here before and loved it, this time was not good. No parent wants to see their kids wheezing like that.

The staff was very friendly. The hot tub was not working so the manager was willing to work with us The beds were comfortable. Not enough parking in the front of hotel.

The pool water is very chlorinated. Made it hard to breath and burned the eyes. Loved being able to sit outside in the hottub. The elevator made a lot of noise and was very slow. It was out of order for mostbpf the time but they didn't put a sign up on it saying in was out of order.
