Communication was terrible. My credit card changed from when I originally booked vs check-in, because it was stolen, and they required me to go physically go into their office to pay in cash during working hours to 6pm. There was no on-site person at the location. I was unable to make it until 7pm and asked to provide a new card, I was declined, then my reservation was cancelled. I called and they rebooked giving me a credit card option to pay in full. Check in was after 3pm and I was given the checkin in details at 6:19. The details for the front door required the code and me to press “enter”, there was literally NO “ENTER” button. When someone leaving opened the door for me, the check in kiosk requires a confirmation code or QR, both were NOT provided. I had to call them, now after hours and was transferred to someone who gave me my confirmation via email. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was terrible every step of the way. Although the apartment and stay was comfortable, the check in process was bad enough that I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever.
