I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

我首先給Cocoons評爲5 out 5,因爲員工非常細心,消息靈通,平易近人。Cocoon本身比較小,但這就是它叫的主要原因,這是一個迷人的概念酒店。他們每天補充房間內的洗浴用品,咖啡,水。他們根據要求更換毛巾,這很好,因爲我不是酒店房間外面的掛毛巾的粉絲。互聯網不好,我們不得不在住宿期間使用預付費wifi。牀,枕頭,羽絨被很舒服,質量很好。如果房間內至少有衣服的掛鉤,那就更好了。入住時地板地毯也應該在房間裏,我們不得不要求,但他們立即給了。如果有一種方法來解決房間外掛衣服和毛巾的問題,那將很好,因爲它帶走了的美麗。也許在後面有一塊佈線,不確定這是否可行。浴室很乾淨,維護得很好。附近有公共廁所,所以找到一個不會很麻煩。游泳池是加熱的,很乾淨。岸邊也乾淨,絕對“游泳”。金沙的早餐還可以,但巴爾博扎船長的早餐太棒了!在B船長吃了兩次晚餐,喜歡食物,飲料,氛圍。10/10!總的來說是一次很棒的迷人體驗。

Our family have bonding time together with the beautiful ambiance of our bedrooms as well as the surroundings. We enjoy swimming and eating together at the pool side. Served by the cheerful polite waiters. Have relaxing moments with beauty of the natures and smells of the greens. Welcome by the well trained smiling hotel staff and house keeping personnel.

I stayed twice in 2 weeks and I was glad my previous establishment had bad service levels . I was recommended by a local person and from get-go the front of staff was keen to show me the available rooms. The pricing was very good for the level of service and more than adequate accomodation . check-in went quickly & smoothly and special request for a chair to be placed in the shower & additional pillows [ I am physically challenged ] was quickly responded to. The room was very clean & functional with a kettle, 2 bottles of water and sachets of coffee, sugar & creamer. The lock-box / room safe was key operated but large enough to store a laptop and a tablet and all other items. Was good to have a shower {after diving } with almost regular hot water. I showed the Lady attending to me how to make a Martini Espresso and she made it perfectly. Other cocktails were also very good. The chef was more than happy to cook what we suggested and or fresh ingredients bought as I was craving for Fresh ****ake Mushrooms and Vegetable Soup which he delivered perfectly. I was more than happy to wait for the chef to finish whatever I ordered as every meal was satisfactory and well priced. Additional request for transport was handled well & timeously. I would definitely return to stay at this venue and I am hoping by then that all building / alteration work has been completed as this was the only downside & a heads-up would have been good although even during the day I slept well throughout the building work taking place.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue. 酒店風景很好，花園一樣，每天起床就是海景，看日出日落聽風觀雨，服務人員熱情，房間比較古樸但我覺得在菲律賓的小村子還是不錯的，酒店大部分房間都是獨立的一個個小屋，我這個房型就在泳池上一層，不用爬很多樓比較舒適（酒店依山而建有些房型要爬很高），房間不大獨立一間小屋帶衞生間，但陽台超級大有沙發躺椅吊牀4人桌子，適合發呆，每天潛水換的衣服放陽台上第二天就曬乾了很方便。酒店去餐飲和酒吧街距離適中，方便且不吵鬧，推薦。

靠近沙邦海灘 - 騎自行車5分鐘(只有P25)或步行25分鐘。在相當高的山坡上俯海灣 - 海景不錯。非常乾淨的游泳池。房間外有很好的WiFi。爲頻繁停電而備有備用發電機-唯一的問題是發電機開機時空調不通。工作人員非常友好,在旅遊和輪渡服務方面提供很好的建議。以非常合理的價格提供自行車租賃和三輪車。每天清洗游泳池,如果需要,迅速清理房間。清潔是極好的。有線電視頻道的選擇將絕對與他們一起,以下次PG旅行

My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.
