斯坦恩斯坎澤城市飯店(Steinenschanze Stadthotel)

非常漂亮、溫馨的飯店，工作人員非常熱情（抵達時提供開胃酒）。巴塞爾動物園和商店距離酒店有10分鐘步行路程。飯店還在您入住期間提供大眾運輸卡。房間非常簡單，但乾淨、安靜。就我個人而言，我記得這個地址並且只能推薦它。

Bellissimo hotel a due passi dal centro e vicino alla stazione centrale. Ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. La nostra camera era molto bella, pulitissima e silenziosa (era al 8 piano). Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile! Consiglio questo hotel!

Pluses: clean rooms, modern design, plenty of lighting in the room, well-thought-out room organization (prepared for every need), convenient location, free public transportation pass, within a 10-minute walk to a grocery store, friendly staff, eco-friendly service, free first drink, elevator, great noise-insulation, AC control within the room, plenty of selection of English-speaking channels. 3 minor inconveniences: (1). The first two steps at the entrance are not ADA-compliant. There might be another entrance that is possibly ADA-compliant that we don't know about. (2). One of our neighbors had a fire alarm in their room at 4 a.m. The firefighters came very quickly. (3). Every 2-5 minutes our TV had an extra display within the frame of the show, which disrupted subtitles. It seemed like it was advertising all the TV's capabilities. I could have asked the staff for assistance, but it was such a minor problem that I kept forgetting about it.

Staff was excellent. Air France airlines destroyed my luggage. Crushed and no wheel, broken handle. Dragged it to hotel. Girl at front desk was so accommodating . She walked me to proper store in neighborhood so I was able to purchase new luggage. She also rolled it back to hotel since there were stairs and hills.

This hotel is top notch. The best features were the magnificent garden, excellent mattress, pillows, shower, and overall design. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly; especially Eva who made my stay even more pleasant. I would honestly never stay at another hotel in Basel.

非常友好的歡迎，非常乾淨的房間，但我不明白這種房間的趨勢，淋浴和衛生間只是用推拉窗隔開。一旦點亮，玻璃就不是不透明的，它確實缺乏隱私。

The receptionists are very profesional, polite, kind, usefull. The hotel is clean and very well situeted, near the City cente and the train station. There is a nice garden, when you can have breakfast or Take a Brake and a drink. It was wanderfull. I will stay again when I come back in Basel. I recomand. Thank you for all!

Checked in late at night for an early flight out of Basel airport the following morning - this hotel did the required job beautifully, with the airport being just 15 minutes drive away. The security guy who checked us in late at night, could not have been more helpful or attentive to us - Thank you!!! The lady who checked us out the following morning was equally obliging and kind. Room was a good size and had everything that us three adults needed. Would definitely stay here again, especially if using Basel airport.
