Welcome to SOUTHERN LIVING at Hall Station Foothills. Main floor newly renovated. A luxury country equestrian style estate in a beautiful private setting & picturesque mountain views. Easy travel to metro areas, Rome, Cartersville, Acworth Atlanta and Tennessee. Only minutes away from Kingston Downs, Barnsley Resort, Beretta Shooting Grounds, Magnolia Creek Farms, Sage Cottage, Lake Point Park, Berry college, lots of wedding venues and much more.
Enjoy nights on the front porch with mountain views or relax out back by the fire.
Southern Living offers a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Home with plenty of parking on 15 acres. Exterior Driveway cameras for security.About pets:No pets allowed.Some exception could be considered for a fee.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please watch children in up stairs catwalk.About customRules:Please bring your towels and sheets to the laundry room.Start a load of towels
Put all trash in garage.Start dishwasher and put dishes up.clean fridg.PLEASE take off shoes when entering onto carpet. Country living leads to muddy shoes and can soil the carpet. EXTRA cleaning fee for stained carpet.,Check out 10 am. Turn off all lights/fans and text me when departing your stay.

perfection
The property was absolutely stunning and the pictures were a perfect description of what the house looked like. Andrea was very helpful and was very knowledgeable on anything we ever needed. Love this property 10 out of 10.

Home Away from Home
Our family has stayed here twice for a family reunion. My daughter remarked that it’s beginning to feel like home. The last time we stayed here, we thought the home was perfect, yet this time it has been renovated. And Wow- it is magnificent. One of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we’ve ever rented. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing!
Awesome home and property! We had a large group of family members in town to watch a basketball tournament at Lake Point Sports. We had everything we needed and more - towels, bedding, dishes, cooking utensils,... Loved the high end appliances! All bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as described. Loved spending time on the huge front porch and back patio!

Perfect house for our son’s wedding weekend at Magnolia Creek Farms! Beautifully decorated, clean and more than enough space for 7 adults. Loved the location close to Barnsley Resort as we had several events there too. Highly recommend renting for an occasion you have in that area.

True Southern Hospitality!
Southern Living provided the peace and quite needed on a busy wedding weekend. We had lots of family and kids and the house had every single thing you could have thought of or needed and then had the things that just made it a special touch. Andrea answered any and all questions I had very quickly and she was incredibly polite, welcoming and professional. All top notch appliances in the kitchen and throughout the entire house. Such an amazing and beautiful place.

A wonderful place to stay
This is an extraordinary property that is stocked for an extraordinary stay. Beautiful house, perfectly clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms, linens and a well supplied kitchen. I wish we could have spent more of our visit actually at the house! linenes

Fantastic home!
Fantastic home for a wedding weekend at Barnsley Resort. The home has nice finishes, clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It was only about 7 minute drive to Barnsley and Andrea was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It was only an eight minute drive from Barnsley Resort, which was where wedding we were attending took place. The porch had a gorgeous view of the property. Andrea was a wonderful host! Would definitely stay again. :)
