奧魯瓦白色水岸度假村(Aruwai Resort White H2O)

El resort es muy bonito pero esta muy descuidado para el precio tan excesivo que pagas estuve por tres días y dos noche por nuestro aniversario y realmente mi esposo y yo pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la habitación por que no hay nada que para entrener a los huéspedes, dicen que hay agua caliente en la habitación y no hay , el wifi la mayor parte del tiempo no funciona, al llegar el primer dia estaba lloviendo y cuándo fuimos a la habitación se estaba filtrando el agua de lluvia por el techo tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que limpiaran otra habitación para nosotros el lugar es lindo pero no lo han cuidado y puedes ver en ellos su falta de interés la atención de los trabajadores hacia el cliente es buena , la comida algunas son algo buenas todo es muy costo para la calidad que ofrezco dicen que el desayuno es gratis, pero al sentarte en el restaurante te traeen una carta para que ordenes desayuno con costo por que el desayuno que ofrece da pena y vergüenza solo es un pedazo de piña menos de media manzana ya poniéndose marrón y un pedazo pequeñito de patilla , unos trosos de pan y algo de huevo revueltos con solo sal , al ordenar alguna comida del menú la mayoría no lo tienen disponible para nosotros fue una muy mala experiencia y desperdicio de dinero al segundo día por la mañana queríamos venirnos pero ya habíamos pagado por los tres día y dos noches cuando mi esposo fue a la oficina ellos dijeron que ellos se quedarían con el 15$ de lo que el ya había pagado ....

My wife and I visited this resort for our anniversary and the service was ridiculous, the front desk staff is wack, we are Muslims and asked specifically for a cocktail without alcohol but my wife felt lightheaded after I asked the bar guy what he mix in the drink he said he wasn't the person that mix the drink, no one to blame, we ask the waiter in the night if the food is halal he took 20 minutes just to come back to us, the service is slow and unpleasant, but the food was okay. Worst place to enjoy a anniversary, dunkon the tour guide was great, he is very kind, this place needs better service in general

My stay was very welcoming and I enjoyed every bit of my stay, food and staff were incredible 💜. The pool was cleaned every morning so that is a plus, with the drinks well you can complain there were more than enough alcohol 🤭🤭 which I love but over all any family would enjoy their stay

This is not a “resort”. Amenities listed on website are nonexistent. Prices are not warranted based on the condition of the property, hotel rooms and poor service. Getting on aruwai boat to get to the “resort” the captain, John, waited until everyone had life jackets on and luggage was on boat to tell us it would be $500 more per person because other passengers canceled. Looks like he does this often as other reviews stated the same issue. First red flag. Upon arrival, pool was filthy, green, water low and water floats/balls were covered in mold. Pool had particles floating in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks… Game room is completely unusable. Pool balls missing, zero ping pong balls for ping pong table, basketball games both broken. Volleyball net missing…trampoline rusted and broken..garbage throughout the property. Food was mediocre and took over an hour when the “resort” was not busy. Employees just stared at us when we walked into dining room. Tried to buy a water and was told they wouldn’t have any until the afternoon. Chairs broken, no cushions, dirty furniture everywhere. No hot water, tv in room didn’t work, rooms were never cleaned, wifi nonexistent, speaker system horrible quality, broken ice makers, pool not cleaned properly which bleached bathing suit. Fountains filthy and not turned on. Would not recommend. Do not waste your money here.

Well, I can't say It wasn't an adventure. So for that, It was fun. We missed our boat due to traffic and hired a boat, that took 5 hours. We got to the hotel and first thing the pool wasn't filled up, which is probably THE biggest draw of the hotel. Service was terrible, no one really told the truth. They said they would give a discount, but didn't, said food was included, but It was a very limited menu and the rest was charge and very expensive. Everything was expensive. Rooms were nice. Wifi didn't work at all. There is no fitness center. The food was decent. Leaving was frustrating, we came for noon for the boat then It didn't come till like, 1230, 1245. Then went to a following port. Left the hotel at noon, got the the final dock at 3:30. It wasn't super relaxing, everything cost money. Would 100% recommend double triple checking the pool is actual filled before leaving and then also being prepared for them to lie about It being filled.

Overall I had a great time at the resort with my wife for our 5th Anniversary and I believe that it has significant potential to be transformed into an even more fantastic destination. Great Picture Opportunities 1. The poolside has an interesting design and looks fantastic in the nights when the coloured lights are on. 2. The scenery is great as you walk around the island. 3. Surroundings appear to be well maintained. Good Food 1. My wife and I agreed that the food was good. 2. Complimentary breakfast included fruits, toast and scrambled eggs. Serving sizes turned out to be larger than we expected. 3. Other dishes we tried included the grilled chicken burger, *****ped chicken fried rice, pasta, chicken and chips, chicken pizza and chicken soup. 4. Service at the restsurant was good. Meals took between 10mins to 25mins to be served. Room was acceptable 1. We arrived early at 11:30am at the resort and had planned to have lunch before checking in at 2:00pm but we were pleasantly surprised to be informed that we can check in right away since the room is ready. 2. The room was clean and in order.

Aruwai Resort We booked a Junior Suite that costed us roughly USD250 for 1 night We arrived at noon in the boat and ordered lunch while we waited for 2:00pm so we could do our check-in The lunch order was 1.5hr late and by the time we received it we realized it was the wrong order. The prices of the meals were extremely high for the truly disgrace of a meal we received. Finally went at 2:00 to do the check in and they told us the room wasn’t ready as yet. We went back an hour later to realize the room wasn’t ready yet. By that moment we were very upset and asked for an immediate solution as our small toddler was tired and they asked for 20 more minutes. After that time guess what? No room ready until actually 4:45pm. The apology was forced and in general the way the dealt with the situation extremely unacceptable and chaotic. Finally when we got the room it smelled funny and we requested glade to spray. We were completely ignored. The wifi hardly worked, the games room was in no condition for anyone as everything is very deteriorated. The water trampoline wasn’t there… The dinner….. (unfortunately it was the only place to eat) we preordered everything so it could be ready for 7:00pm and we got it at 7:45pm -Grilled chicken breast -chicken sandwich -small chicken soup -1 bottle of water -3 fruit punch juices USD80 and it was substandard. Very poorly prepared. The overall maintenance of the place is a disaster When we finally went to rest. Turned on the tv to realize there was no cable. Nothing to watch… We turned on the shower…. No hot water… We have never felt so robbed in our lives. This place is extremely overrated, over priced, understaffed and in no condition to offer proper customer service. Also we weren’t the only ones who had to wait very long for our rooms and food The management of this resort is very disappointing. Me and my wife have been in the hotel/F&B business for over 20 years and this was truly the worst of the worst. We encourage everybody to avoid going and throwing away their money in this place. First and last time. We will never return.

This was my second trip, last year I've visited the resort and it was much more relaxing, the service was better, the food was great, the music was relaxing, this time everything was catastrophic, our server was very rude and unprofessional, the food did take a while but it was good had better the last time I was there, the type of music was horrible it was like I'm in a dancehall party all day all night, last time it was lovely soft music, I think last time the things were handled by a fella named Anthony, which made our stay a very memorable moment. Our room was awesome, it had a mole smell last time but this time it was pretty nice. You guys need a better marketing strategy also. Regards Juliana

Room: Superb, Facilities inside the room was good...A/C Ok....We had Fresh Sheets and Towels. The only problem was the key no working. Restaurant: The Food was average and could of been a better quality....(There were no Roti and Lamb).. Excellent service from the staff very friendly and attentive and kind...( A special mention to Kishana Fernandes who looked after us throughout our stay. Reception Staff: Very Friendly,Courteous, Helpful and always willing to go that extra mile. I would recommend this Resort to anybody else.
