鏡像飯店(The Looking Glass Hotel)

Walking distance to the Centro de Belas Artes concert center, the Museo de Art of PR, and the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, the hotel is located in a safe area with a wide range of restaurants and shops. Rooms are simple, compact, clean and modern. Parking may be found on side streets or paid for separately. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and appeared to be new it was very easy to uber wherever we wished and close to a great restaurant....Abracadabra and a nice food truck park...lote 23 very basic but considering the other places I had stayed in San Juan in previous visits the Looking glass was very nice!

Good place to stay for one night only. It's more of an rb&b rather than a hotel. There is no-one on the property after 10pm so if you arrive late from the airport, you are given a special access code, both to enter the building and your room, The rooms are a size of the matchbox, clean with comfy beds, but there is no elevator in the building and no-one to help you out with carrying heavy suitcases.

It's a nice modern hotel. It could use an elevator however, as we had to bring our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, we booked the stay through Orbitz. The hotel had our reservation but did not have a reserved room for us. They had to make an adjustment to accommodate our reservation.

The hotel opened just 3 months ago. Everything is brand new and modern. This is a historic building where the hotel was rebuilt. They’re still finishing the resting areas on each flor, conference room & bar. The breakfast-brunch at the restaurant next to it is excellent; serving great healthy-fresh food with many options at a super reasonable price during the whole day. Convenient-centric location.

it's brand new (they added even more greenery and seating to the lovely atrium while i was there) and all of the staff is amazing, close to lot's of things to see/do. the only reminder is that it's a smaller hotel so staff won't be available 24-7.

Beautiful renovation of former hostel, nicely designed and appointed with friendly staff. Rooms small, but good layout, fine if you just want to sleep there. Still working out kinks with startup - we got mixed messages about whether front desk could call a cab. Good recommendations about places to eat and visit. No elevator and information in the room was about San Juan and beyond, not specific to neighbourhood.

The hotel is okay for an overnight stay and the room was clean but small. Guest service is not available after 10 pm and in the mornings. The street parking is limited. I probably will not stay here again because they don't serve breakfast and there wasn't much of a choice of restaurants in the area for my taste.

Is a good spot but there’s things that need to be more disclosed when you are booking it. Like the room is a suit and it doesn’t have a small fridge or microwave. Plus we book to king beds and never was told one of them was gonna be a pull out bed when on the picture was 2 normal beds. Staff was amazing and super friendly I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10
