這個酒店真的挺不錯，位置還可以，服務不錯，酒店房間很大很寬敞，非常乾淨衛生，價格也很實惠，很值得推薦。

地理位置沒錯，對麪就是自己的餐館，其次房間一定選擇向陽的，位置好！必須要有光，天氣潮濕濕熱，牀得看房間大小才能加，停車場一個，可以放8-10輛

這裏是非常中心的,靠近維va購物中心、餐館和藥店,主人服務熱情和溫。他們支持你提供有關行業和景點的信息,自助餐的食物是多樣的,味道不錯。只有互聯網和電視服務才能改善,而且還能適應房間溫度。

It was a very welcoming experience, the hotel is beautiful, I was able to enjoy each of its areas and most importantly its service staff, there is an impressive human quality. congratulations. Thank you very much for making me live such a pleasant experience.

這個酒店位置不錯，門口就是Extro大超市，很方便！房間很大但設施有點老舊，特別是廁所馬桶蓋翻上去就被洗手台擋住馬上掉下來！我住的是套間，空調聲音太大了，打開窗戶又不舒服（巴蘭基亞靠河又靠近加勒比海，外麪空氣太潮濕了）所以勉強接受了，順便吐槽一下，巴蘭基亞的機場好小啊，到達處機場廁所衹有單間的鎖門的那種，太神奇了！

I would not recommend this place if I was paid to. on arrival check in took 45 minutes. After 40 minutes of silence we asked why it was taken so long ,the reply was their system didn’t connect to *********** so had to manually find it. other customers arrived and were given preferential trea**ent as we were told “they were already registered” leaving us stood there. The reception team seemed completely lacking in customer service and warmth. We then entered a lovely room however we realised after I had stepped in the shower that we had no towels or none of the coffee and tea was meant to be there. Once again their lukewarm reception team told me the towels were drying and would get us some as quick as they could. All their facilities are currently closed including pool, sauna and rooftop terrace. if you look back at reviews these have all been mentioned lots of time however it is always answered with a stock answer of we will look at into this and improve which they clearly haven’t. Please don’t stay here. Worst place we have stayed in 8 weeks in South America

這是我們在6個多晚住宿的3家酒店中的第一個。這是一家較老的酒店,但一直保持不變。唯一的抱怨是我們無法控制房間裏的空調單元。他們的員工會說英語,並且很友好,知識淵博。他們每天早上都有很好的早餐,我們的早餐費也包含在內。屋頂看起來他們可能正在做一些工作。但是可以進入,可以欣賞巴蘭基利亞*(最好在晚上看城市燈光)。游泳池在第三層,還有一個酒吧區(不確定酒吧的時間)尺寸不錯。

酒店比較老了。如圖房間的沖涼房是開放的，沒有門導致濕氣太重。整個房間衝刺着潮濕的味道，長久下來比較難聞。真的不要看所謂的攜程，booking星級標準。很多標的酒店五星就是坑！！！！評分也是坑！！！ 選酒店還是要選比較新的，以及大品牌連鎖酒店，至少不會差到哪去。 隔壁的hotel barranqilla plaza,更是糟糕，連普通幾十塊錢賓館都不如。booking居然都評級五星，評分8.4-9.1！！！ 超級無敵坑！！ 因為出差帶了產品不方便走遠，在barranqilla plaza住了一晚搬到隔壁的這個酒店，稍好點但真的好不到哪去！！體驗最糟糕的一次出差住宿。 請選擇新的酒店，新的！！

Staff was friendly but the hotel looked poorly managed. Lobby was very warm, got to our floor and again very warm hallways. The a/c was off. I was able to turn it on later during the evening. As soon as we got to our room there was a moist storage like smell. We had two rooms and both were the same. They did get better after running the a/c and circulating the air for a while. Not something expected when booking a decent hotel. Went to take a shower and there was only one towel (room for 2), called the front desk but the towels never showed up, had to get them myself. One of the rooms had dirty/stained ceilings, dirty/dusty a/c unit, mold on the corner and loose bathroom faucet. The other room was in much better condition. They were getting trying to get us another room but not before we had to leave for the evening. Wen we got back no one checked on us to see if we wanted to change rooms or how we were doing. At that point we had settled and did not feel like complaining any more. Only one elevator working. Not the best for social distancing. Rooms are spacious and very confortable, beds are great. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.

我喜歡位置和乾淨。早餐很好,雖然選擇有限。最近建的物業隔音效果好,有效A/C寬敞房間,牀很舒服。浴室不錯,有意大利淋浴。接待處借給我一部手機,用於移動數據的連接,因爲我們的房間沒有互聯網連接。甚至樓層都有冰分配器。友好、專業和友好的工作人員。位置優越的插頭可以爲我們的設備充電,儘管可能有更多的插頭。我們的房間沒有互聯網。沒有迷你吧/冰箱。燈光不好,特別是桌子和洗手池的上面,所以很難刮鬍子。冰櫃很快就空了。外面的衣服都幹了,一幢中產階級的大樓裏景色很糟糕。沒有屋頂酒吧或游泳池。
