The location of this property was great, with views over the water and really close to cafes and restaurants.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Bed was comfy and the aircon was so quiet I couldn't hear it! Ducted air so much better than those awful split systems.
Restaurant is top class. Food was brilliant and coupled with view of the ocean and sea breeze it was a really nice dining experience.

The minimum temp on the air-con is 22, if you go below this there is a warning that it will freeze up and drip onto the floor, the clean-up is at your expense. If you open the glass door to use the balcony the air conditioning is turned off, I understand we are all trying to conserve energy but really?

Place was fine for our overnight stay but would have really liked to have at least a toaster in the room or a microwave. Front desk lady was lovely

I was over charged on my stay by double. I booked through wotif and was charged for two rooms instead of 1. Kaceys refused to refund me even when wotif explained it was up to them to refund they refused. I would never stay there again due to lack of compassion towards mistakes made by booking companies they employ to get bookings. I never took ownership of the room refused it from check in they had so much time to at least come to an arrangement cancellation fee nothing just took $615 and refused to budge on a compromise or refunding.
