非常好的飯店

El hotel tiene una magnífica ubicación, el staff , es muy amable, Andrea, y las demás chicas de la recepción son muy atentas y ayudan mucho al cliente , recomiendo este hotel muchísimo. Le doy 5 estrellas

我們13年前住在這裡，這次訪問沒有任何更新。床有點不舒服，房間很基本。他們很安靜，陽台通往街道和市場（我們有兩個房間）。工作人員很友善，但酒店已經過時了，可能達不到三星級的評級。我們不會再住在這裡，但位置非常理想。

We have stayed at several Exe hotels and have always been pleased with the stay. I am a light sleeper, so when booking requested a room on a higher floor. When we arrived we were on the first floor next to the lift. When we asked to change rooms there were no rooms available. This was disappointing as it felt like we were never listened to, although the receptionists were pleasant. Although the location is very central which is useful, the constant people noise, traffic noise and vibrations of the Metro meant we had limited sleep. The room decor was nice and very clean. Disappointed compared to the service we have received from other Exe hotels.

I have no idea how this hotel could be rated as a 3 star hotel. As a frequent traveler I would say that this place deserves only 1 star. The building is very old, room is small, bathroom very old and very cold. There is no place to put your language in the room. Neither any coffee or tea offered at the room. We asked for upgrade and received a room with a terrace however the quality of the room was very low. Hair dryer didn’t work and when we informed the receptionist we get response that the housekeeper has tested and it works. The hairdryer didn’t work so at least we received a new one which didn’t functioned well. Room is not isolated and you can hear the sounds from the street. So If you want to have a relaxing time this is not a place to stay. No lobby available at the hotel. Only positive point about this place is the location.

I didn’t expect that this hotel doesn’t have a lobby, I was so shocked ! When you get IN, There’s only a small counter for checking in/out. No hair conditioner just shampoo which is makes my hair super dry and tangles. No coffee maker at all! No Full mirror in the room. The only thing I like was the location next to Boqueria market and the balcony. The breakfast was ok for $10

We had to change our room 3 times once it was not clean and other one smells bad.

週年紀念旅行。他們給了我們一間位於角落的房間，有 3 個開放式陽台。蘭布拉大道和市場的美景。前台不遺餘力地為我們的周年紀念提供了一瓶起泡酒、新鮮草莓和巧克力，讓我們的周年紀念變得特別。奧爾多推薦一家正宗的餐廳吃晚餐。很棒的住宿體驗。

The check-in was delayed 2 hours and we arrived to the property around 12 pm. The personnel unkind and not willing to help.
