夸特普里米拉公寓(Quartprimera Apartments)

매우 좋아요. 방이 넓고 많으며 욕실겸 화장실도 3개나 있어 편리해요. 세탁기, 식기세척기 등이 다 갖춰져서 편안하게 머물렀어요. 무엇보다 잘때 깨날때 카사밀라가 보인다는것...진짜좋습니다! 강추! 까탈루냐 광장과 15분정도 거리라는것, 카사밀라/카사바뜨요와는 5분정도 거리 참고하세요. 가족이 머물기 제일좋은곳!

不會給我選擇有小孩的家庭。地理位置優越，毗鄰格拉西亞大道，可以搭乘附近的火車或巴士遊覽整個城鎮。附近有很棒的步行、購物、景點、娛樂和美食。非常適合年幼的孩子，有很多空間，一個漂亮的包，還有床墊和高腳椅。頂樓有兩個陽台！工作人員非常樂於助人且友好。唯一的缺點是電梯又舊又小，但不要讓它給你留下不好的印象，只是在抵達和離開時上下搬運行李很困難。強烈推薦！

Very good amenities. Toiletries with good cooking facilities and clean sponge and washing powder and dish detergent. It is all well equipped. 😊 Water was strong and hot. Apartment is a little cold though as the centralized heater does not reach all places. (I knocked one star off because of this and no safebox). Master bedroom is toasty but the other rooms are not. Good location. Many breakfast and food options near the apartment. Only thing no safe box in this apartment. 😕🙁The reception is open on weekdays office hours. Tv is only Spanish channels. The lift is ancient and quaint. I would stay here for the lift though. It is slow and small max 6? but how many times in our lifetime do we get to experience these old lifts? Fantastic!!

Primeggia l’ubicazione, centrale, ad un passo dalla strada più emblematica della città, elemento tuttavia questo, non sufficiente per attribuire alla struttura un punteggio elevato, e questo per vari motivi. Infatti l’appartamento in sé non tiene nulla di speciale, pur presentandosi come “di lusso”: - Il mobiliario è semplice, direi “minimalista”, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la camera da letto; - Le attrezzature del bagno, carenti; - L’insonorizzazione anche questa carente (trovandosi lo stesso in un edificio antico); - La terrazza, anche se grande, non è ben curata, al contrario. È sporca, con delle attrezzature (mi riferisco in particolare alle sedie a sdraio) oltre che sporche, anche vecchie, che andrebbero cambiate. Inoltre, cosa forse rilevante, non offre nessuna privacy. - Il tratto della recezionista, abbastanza “distante” (sembrava più preoccupata di evitare contatti “diretti”) Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi “sproporzionato (considerato anche che la città offre alternative “di lusso” migliori, dove inoltre fanno si che l’ospite di senta come se stessa a casa sua – aspetto questo che considero di una importanza primaria, trattandosi di appartamenti e non di stanze di albergo) In definitiva: non lo consiglio.

El apartamento en sí no tiene nada de especial, si no fuera justo por la ubicación, pero esto no lo justifica todo. Los muebles, sencillos, estilo Ikea; el baño, escasamente equipado; la terraza, grande y soleada, pero sucia y descuidada, y sin ninguna privacidad; el ascensor, muy antiguo, no siempre funcionaba; el trato de la recepcionista demasiado formal. Relación calidad/precio, a estas alturas, exagerado. En mi opinión, si lo que buscáis, además de la buen ubicación, son también otras cosas, cosas que te hagan sentir a gusto, como si estuvieras en tu misma casa, pues, no es este el sitio ideal. Hay, en este aspecto, en la ciudad, establecimientos de mejor nivel y calidad .

This was a three bedroom apt in the best location in Barcelona. The building was older, but well maintained. If you stay here, you’ll enjoy the unique charm of the building with comfortable amenities. With that said, we ran into a few issues. The second bedroom lacked ventilation. There was construction outside (which we were not made aware of prior to our stay) and the smell had seeped into the room and remained there for the duration of the trip. Before arriving at the apartment we received an invoice for taxes that referenced ******* booking - it’s a good thing that we did not pay and contacted the property through ******* so not sure how secure their system is as this has never happened before. Lastly, the driver that picked us up was very friendly but we realized we were over charged for the transfer from the airport- it’s cheaper to just grab an Uber. Would consider staying there again!

Excellent stay, clean and super friendly

The apartments are ample and the location is perfect. A few meters from Paseo de Gracia and all the bars and restaurants from Gracia at your reach. 20 min walk from Sagrada Famila and the stop for the bus to the Barceloneta is near by... perfect! (and the cute elevator is a bonus!)
