巴塞羅那天際飯店粹美閣(The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky)

I was booked into the Level for a work trip to visit a company whose office was conveniently opposite the buildings entrance. The hotel was a reasonable 10-15min drive from the airport. On arrival, we were asked if we were checking in and shown to the lifts where we were sent up to the 25th floor. The lifts have seen better days and are looking rather well used which is rather an indication of things to come. The welcome at reception was superb and we were offered water, fruit juice or cava. We accepted the cava and had a short wait for a member of staff to become free to serve us. When they did, they took our passports and directed us to the lounge to help ourselves to food and drink while they checked us in. The lounge is a real highlight. They offer free coke, Fanta, beer, wine and an array of snacks including fresh fruit, sandwiches, crisps, nuts and more. The only negative for me with a gluten allergy ( coeliac ) is that it wasn’t always clear what I could and could not have. There was a gluten free corner but often items were placed nearby - like bread! Which clearly was not gluten free and nuts, crisps & olives where it was not clear if they were or not. This could & should be improved or the gluten free corner removed to prevent mishaps. As we were enjoying our drinks and snacks the member of staff checking us in came over with our passports and room keys and informed us of a city tax to pay which we then done, we then finished our items and headed to our rooms, in my case this meant going down to the 16th floor. I was put in room 1614 and the first thing that hit me when entering, was the smell of damp. It was really rather over powering so much so that when I returned home and smelt my clothes, some of which I hadn’t worn, they smelt of the mouldy/damp smell that the room had. In all honesty, had I not been there for work I would have immediately asked to change rooms, as I was there for only two nights and wouldn’t be in the room much, I decided I didn’t want the hassle, but I have asthma so this environment was really not ideal and needs rectifying asap. The room itself was okay. I was expecting better though for the class of hotel. There is for example nowhere to sit and do makeup. It wasn’t clear what items were complimentary in the room and what was not. The double bed was two singles pushed together. On entering the room the curtains were drawn which isn’t a nice welcome and for 2023 I was shocked to find that there were no USB plugs for charging items - I even have USB plugs in my home, they’re not a great expense and I’d brought no adapters - thankfully they had one in reception that I could borrow or I would have been in trouble! The shower/bath area was okay, but there was black mould around the bath and shower and the head of the shower was not very clean. The toilet is also very low which could be difficult for more elderly guests. Additionally, there is a dental kit provided (made of wheat so I didn’t use it - weird

Lovely personnel, nice lounge and happy hour and breakfast in the 24rh floor. Absolutely miserable maintenance/cleaning of both the public places and the suite: a ball of light hair on the floor in a ”cleaned” suite, when arriving, and the same piece of trash 4 days in the same spot after 4 requests of proper cleaning. Feet get black by walking on the suite floor… The part of town in nothing to mention home about, so the when the hotel fails to provide basic hygienics, I recommed to avoid the facility.

不安全的酒店。搶劫有罪不罰。我們的行李箱在飯店內被偷了，我們感到無助。酒店沒有採取任何調查措施或賠償我們。完全冷漠。首先我想承認正面的一面。房間非常好。餐廳和酒店的服務都非常好。設施無可挑剔。但我們經歷了一次不尋常且令人失望的經歷。 「不安全」。我們的行李箱在飯店大廳被偷了，飯店從來沒有給我們答案或關心我們。飯店（尤其是三星級以上的飯店）是我們放鬆的「安全」場所。無論是工作還是休閒，當我們走進酒店的大門時，我們都會感受到安全、熱情、休息和愉悅。去年 5 月 26 日（2023 年），我們在這家飯店住了週末。這是我的妻子、兩個十幾歲的孩子和我。我們從加那利群島抵達，準備度過一些難忘的日子……事實確實如此，但在最黑暗和最消極的感覺中。當您走進大堂門時。一位門童熱情地迎接我們。我們把 15 歲和 14 歲的孩子留在大廳的兩個座位上，並把 4 個手提箱放在他們旁邊，而我們則前往 5 公尺外的單獨接待台。由於友好地迎接我們的人準備向我們出售一些參觀巴塞隆納名勝古蹟的預訂，我們在櫃檯的逗留時間延長了。當我們轉身拿起我們的 4 個行李箱時…驚喜！一名失蹤了。它是在飯店大廳被偷來的。但最嚴重的是，另外 3 個已經不在我們原來的位置了。 「門衛」承認，為了保護我們的孩子，他們把它們從我們放置的地方轉移到了一個更「安全」的地方……他們從那個地方偷了一個手提箱（三個手提箱中最值錢的一個） 。出於絕望，我們建議觀看攝影機，因為很明顯，安全攝影機會記錄搶劫事件。但如果不投訴，他們就看不見。在晚上的那個時間（晚上 8:00）尋找最近的警察局。 4個多小時提出投訴對我們來說毫無用處。 6個月過去了，警察局和飯店都沒有聯絡我們給我們解釋，甚至飯店也沒有道歉。因為據接待員說，飯店內的接待處是公共場所，他們沒有責任…我們被冷落了！總而言之，我們在酒店經歷了一生中最負面的經歷（而且我們了解數百個城市和數十個國家！！建議：即使你在這家酒店裡面，也不要放下你的行李。並且不要請相信門衛或工作人員，他們要么非常無能，要么與每天跟踪酒店的小偷勾結。謝謝你們，我希望沒有其他人

Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. Si bien la ubicacion no es del todo centrica, se compensas con las buenas tarifas que ofrecen. La unica recomendacion sería que mejoren la limpieza de las habitaciones. Lo mas destacble es la atencion, especialmente queremos agradecer a Lucia de la recepcion de Level que ha sido super amable.

We have checked out of The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky this morning so I wanted to review the hotel whilst the details were fresh in my mind. What a wonderful hotel in a wonderful city! The hotel is close to the airport, it takes twenty minutes in a taxi, it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Barcelona and there are accessible transport links like the metro. Upon arrival, we were escorted up to Level 25 to check in and we were upgraded to Suite 2210 which had wonderful views across the city to the sea. The room was clean, tidy and a great space to relax after a day of exploring Barcelona. Whilst on The Level, the staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating. The Level itself is a great area, with drinks and snacks available all day. We had breakfast with views and we cannot fault this. We used the pool and spa which are great bonuses in such a busy city. The pool area is relaxing, has a calm vibe and is an ideal place to unwind. We ate in the restaurant on our last night, the food was lovely and the staff were friendly. Overall, this hotel lived up to the high expectation of the Melia brand. I will be sure to return one day when I return to Barcelona.

L'hôtel est placé dans un endroit calme, loin de la foule, face à une station de tramway (actuellement faite par bus à cause des travaux) et à quelques pas d'une station de métro, idéal pour se déplacer. L'hôtel en soi n'a rien de spécial, c'est un gratte-ciel. Le souci, c'est que cet hôtel est un mix d'une hôtel 4 étoiles avec un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce qui ne peut jamais donner un bon résultat. La différence de payer pour le 5 étoiles, est que vous avez accès au lounge The Level de 9h à 22h. Vous avez une cafetière dans la chambre, et droit au repassage d'un seul vêtement par séjour... Si vous n'allez pas au Lounge consommer une quantité énorme de nourriture et boissons gratuites, vous ne gagnez rien à payer plus pour le The Level partie 5 étoiles. Nous avons pris la chambre double The Level, qui était bien, agréable. Cela a été très compliqué à la réservation de comprendre la différence entre une chambre The Level 4 étoiles et une chambre The Level 5 étoiles, qui est la même chambre. Un casse tête pas possible pour le client qui ne comprend pas pourquoi la même chambre dans le 4 étoiles est moins chère que dans le 5 étoiles avec la même dénomination. En demandant à l'hôtel, on m'a expliqué que le 4 étoiles The Level n'a pas accès aux avantages The Level du 5 étoiles. Je conseille grandement l'hôtel de supprimer la mention The Level sur leur réservation et les chambres 4 étoiles car elle n'est pas claire, peut vite mener à une confusion pour le client et des déception. Etant habituée aux Melias, si je vous The Level marqué sur la chambre, j'assume avec raison que je vais avoir accès aux avantages The Level. Ceci n'était pas clair et encore aujourd'hui je reste sans comprendre réellement pourquoi le The Level est mentionné sur les chambres 4 étoiles qui n'ont pas accès au The Level..? Surtout que nulle part c'est marqué que ces chambres n'y ont pas accès. Et le prix n'était pas le même non plus... il y avait environ 50€ de différence. Trop compliqué. Dommage de mettre de la ferraille devant les fenêtres, ça gâche la vue et ça donne une impression de prison. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme, on nous a donné une chambre pile poil devant les ascenseurs. L'hôtel n'étant pas complet, ceci n'est pas vraiment admissible... il n'y a rien de moins calme qu'être devant les ascenseurs, entre le bruit des personnes et le bruit de la mécanique des ascenseurs. La chambre comporte une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. A part deux dental kits, il y a zéro autres amenities, ce qui n'est pas non plus admissible pour un "5 étoiles". Pas de cotons, pas de coton tiges, strictement rien. On aura vu mieux dans d'autres Melia... ceci est OK pour un 4 étoiles mais clairement pas OK pour un 5 étoiles. Le premier jour nous sommes partis en balade de 8h du matin à 15h, et après nous sommes allés au SPA, et à 17h30 la chambre n'était toujours pas faite, nous avons dû demander... ce n'est pas normal non plus. Nous étions venus pour nos 5 ans de mariage

el hotel tiene todo para ser TOP, pero el piso por ej en las habitaciones, es reincomodo para caminar descalzo, placar d sin puertas? horrible, digno de un albergue estudiantil. Jabones liquidos LOS DETESTO. Dejaban los elementos de limpieza fuera de mi habitacion como si fuese un deposito. Y eso q yo estaba en el 5 estrellas. No vuelvo mas. Voy a otros MELIA, si. Este NO

We arrived after a delayed late flight and were immediately put at ease with extraordinary customer service. Our room had a great city view and was very nicely decorated. This was a last minute addition to our honeymoon, and the 4 nights were perfect. Everyone was helpful and pointed us to sites and walking routes suited to our style of holiday. Special thanks to Manu and Pere!!

Amazing hotel, great location. About 10 min from hop on hop off bus. The pool is beautiful and the staff very kind. Highly recommended the level for snack, evening drinks and more. We loved our experience. The room are clean and spacious for Barcelona.
