An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. 酒店離中央車站步行約8分鐘，出入很方便。附近也有很多餐廳葯房超市，很便利。酒店的房間很大，其實也很乾凈，但不知為何總有異味散不出去，而且也不清楚房間打掃的時間是否有限制？但酒店的早餐很不錯，服務員也很熱情。

硬體稱不上是四星的旅館，位置較為偏僻，早餐很不錯，相當豐盛，用料也很好。 另外，飯店的水不確定是不是要收費，飯店內無飲水裝置，僅有冰箱內礦泉水（小卡上寫要收費，但後來也沒跟我收，去櫃檯要水也免費給我）。 這次預訂時，trip和住宿方出了點紕漏，網站上照片房型與實際入住時的房間完全不同，後來也僅是提供自家平台coin補償，這點在預訂時要再三確認，實際入住的照片，跟網站上實在差太大了。 如果是在住宿昂貴的羅馬選擇實際入住的房型，相當不推薦，因為在市中心隨便住一個二星的民宿可能都比這好，無論是在交通便利性，還是床的大小上。

進去的路有點難找，其他都挺好的，距離羅馬古城十公里不到，二十分鐘開車。酒店設施很新，晚餐不錯，小哥也挺帥的

第一天晚上到的時候半夜了，是個老爺爺辦理入住的，爺爺英文不好，完全沒找到訂單，但是還是給安排入住啦，第二天攜程就把問題溝通好了，白天的工作人員英語交流無障礙，洗澡睡覺都沒問題，對面就是梵蒂岡博物館，每天看排隊多少人，總體來説還是很不錯的，裝修風格非常Roma，角落房面積很大。

Hotel muy bien ubicado,a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de Santa María la Mayor,al lado de la estación de autobuses de Termini...en fin,en pleno centro histórico. El personal muy agradable y habitación reformada. Aconsejable.

我們非常喜歡我們在Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune的住宿。位置優越,距離納沃納廣場、萬神殿、聖安熱洛城堡和梵蒂岡城僅幾步之遙,使其成爲徒步探索羅馬的完美基地。 我們的房間佈置精美,裝飾與歷史建築的特色完美融合。舒適的牀,優雅的燈光,獨特的壁紙,給房間帶來了精品的感覺,而俯街道的小陽台是享受氣氛的可愛地方。 房間一塵不染,安靜,有我們住宿所需的一切。儘管處於如此中心的位置,但我們每晚都睡得很好。 如果您正在尋找一個時尚,舒適的酒店,位於羅馬市中心,所有主要景點都在步行距離之內, 我非常樂意推薦Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune,肯定會再次入住這裏。

👍從火車站搭乘City bus 班次多、下車站牌離飯店很近！ 😲但這次帶著笨重行李搭乘Bus時，卻是不幸遇到精神異常、身手矯健、沒穿鞋的年輕黑人騷擾，不斷叫囂、挑釁，高壯的胖司機視而不見... 很多老弱的乘客，紛紛下車躲開... 👍最後是被一位勇敢的年輕女孩~~見義勇為、陪我們下車+想方設法安撫他、帶他離開，我們才能脫身！ 👍櫃檯員工親切、服務佳！ 🍄房間整潔舒適，可惜沒有小冰箱可用！ 沒提供礦泉水。

營地棒極了。三個無邊際泳池、兩個網球場、幾個足球場、一個籃球場、一個健身房或健身操區、迷你高爾夫球場、兒童遊樂場、豐富多彩的活動、表演、兒童和青少年娛樂項目、餐車、餐廳、冰淇淋店、自助餐廳、應有盡有的超市、麵包店、洗手間——一切都非常乾淨，沒有雜亂……太棒了。還有好多吊床，一定找不到一張免費的。小朋友可以玩水上遊戲……不過有待改進的地方是：空調不太好用，幾乎不冷，廚房也沒有烤箱、微波爐或烤麵包機。
