An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. 進去的路有點難找，其他都挺好的，距離羅馬古城十公里不到，二十分鐘開車。酒店設施很新，晚餐不錯，小哥也挺帥的

ヴァチカン観光を主な目的とした方にとってはこの価格帯では最高のホテルではないでしょうか？ ただ、偶然かシャワーの温水の出に時間がかかったので、そこは改善点かもしれません。 しかし、そこを差し引いてもヴァチカン観光を長時間楽しみたい方には強くおすすめいたします。

Hotel muy bien ubicado,a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de Santa María la Mayor,al lado de la estación de autobuses de Termini...en fin,en pleno centro histórico. El personal muy agradable y habitación reformada. Aconsejable.

營地棒極了。三個無邊際泳池、兩個網球場、幾個足球場、一個籃球場、一個健身房或健身操區、迷你高爾夫球場、兒童遊樂場、豐富多彩的活動、表演、兒童和青少年娛樂項目、餐車、餐廳、冰淇淋店、自助餐廳、應有盡有的超市、麵包店、洗手間——一切都非常乾淨，沒有雜亂……太棒了。還有好多吊床，一定找不到一張免費的。小朋友可以玩水上遊戲……不過有待改進的地方是：空調不太好用，幾乎不冷，廚房也沒有烤箱、微波爐或烤麵包機。

適合商務，地鐵步行雖然不近，但價格好。離周圍的景點距離也能接受

The hotel is quite close to Termini Station, making it a good base for sightseeing in Rome, but the hotel is in a back alley, so it can be quite unsafe, especially at night. Also, there is no elevator, so it was difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor.
