DDeepinder房間裏的客房服務達不到標準,我們非常失望。淋浴凝膠和組織沒有更換,淋浴區堵塞了...儘管抱怨它沒有固定。

訪訪客Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

訪訪客用戶Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

訪訪客用戶The property was rustic with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. Located right next to the sea, it provided a beautiful experience. However the property was not maintained well and the service was not up to the price of the property. The breakfast spread was limited and disappointing.
