Всё хорошо, отдыхали 3 раз.Толбко в пятницу и субботу много народу и не хватает всем в ресторане места,бронируйте за ранее!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολυ προσεγμένο με πολλές παροχές. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή δίπλα σε σκι λιφτ. Διαθέτει parking. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο με θέα στο βουνό. Το δωμάτιο είχε καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρα, νερό και υλικά για τσάι και καφέ. Το στρώμα άψογο! Καθαριότητα και ησυχία! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολυτελές Spa! Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό! Ενώ κατά την κράτηση πλήρωσα αμέσως την αξία του δωματίου με πιστωτική κάρτα, η υπάληλος στη reception δεν έβλεπε στο σύστημα τους την πληρωμή μου και μου ζητήσε να ξανά-πληρώσω την αξία της διανυκτέρευσης. Της είπα οτι είχα ήδη πληρώσει την αξία της κράτησης του δωματίου. Την επόμενη ημέρα κατά το check out μου ζήτησαν να ξαναπληρώσω τη διανυκτέρευση. Επέδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής που μου είχε στείλει η Trip.com τότε η υπάλληλος δήλωσε οτι θα έπρεπε να το επιβαιβεώσει ο manager...αφού περίμενα ακόμη μερικά λεπτά αναγνώρισαν την πληρωμή μου. Δυστυχώς η καθυστέρηση και η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης της πληρωμής ήταν αδικαιολόγητες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.

We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

Ένα απ'τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Βουλγαρίας για να μην πω το καλύτερο υπέροχο πλούσιο πρωινό τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και καθαρά ο χώρος του σπα πολύ καλός.. όσες φορές και να πήγαμε μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα να το επισκεφτείτε

Κατα την αφιξη μας ανακαλυψαμε ενα μανταρινι κατω απο τον καναπε που μαλλον ειχαν αφησει οι προηγουμενοι （δυο μερες πριν τουλαχιστον） και η μια απο τις δυο κουπες του καφε ειχε πιασει μεσα κιτρινο πουρι .Ευτυχως την αναποδογυρισα για να φανει οτι χρησιμοποιηθηκε και την επομενη ημερα την αντικατεστησαν.

Ακριβώς δίπλα στο τελεφερίκ Gondola bansko,που σε ανεβάζει στο χιονοδρομικό, βρίσκεται αυτό το εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια, ατμοσφαιρικό το lobby,σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο που αποπνέει μια πολυτέλεια. Υπερπλήρες πρωινό σε ωραία αίθουσα .Έχει μεγάλη εσωτερική πισίνα και spa,όπως και υπηρεσίες μασάζ. Υπάρχει επίσης εξωτερική πισίνα. Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να να επηρεάσει μια τέλεια διαμονή. Επίσης είναι valley for money. Το μόνο που μπορείς να προσάψεις είναι ότι κλείνει το Bar πριν τις 23.00 τις καθημερινές.

Ужас.за такие деньги что они берут всё должно быть просто идеально.комнаты старые.кровати не удобные ( матрасы старые пролежаные).уборка в комнате ужас.полотенца меняли не каждый день.грязную посуду не уберали .стаканы мыли не всегда и не все.когда вызвали начальство и начали все им показывать сказали что видят и дадут компенсацию.но на следующий день оказалось что мы заказали спертные напитки на 100 евро ( и это в комнату где были дети).понятно что никто не заказывал. Но они готовы типо это нам списать как компенсация.естественно скандал был большой.после чего изменились и обещали вернуть стоимость последней ночи.ждём.....

No refleja los standards de calidad de un Kempiski. El hotel está viejo necesita una renovación, las habitaciones y baños antiguos. El personal no tiene orientación de servicio al cliente. Spa y ubicación lo mejor. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Hotel viejo y anticuado con mal servicio

El mejor hotel de toda Bulgaria. La gente muy preparada , con buen nivel de inglés. Dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. El spa y el gimnasio espectacular. El desayuna súper completo. En la mejor zona del pueblo junto a la góndola (teleférico) para subir a las montañas en un precioso recorrido d 30 min. Absolutamente recomendable. Incluso a la salida nos han regalado un bote de mermelada de rosas

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο. Είναι ένα πραγματικά πενταστερο ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό. Τα spa του ξενοδοχείου ειναι μοναδικά και συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην τιμή. Φανταστικό τοπίο. Καθαριότητα άριστη. Είναι ίσως η 5η φορά που πάμε.

Super Lage, Aussicht super schön,Sehr zentral. Essen fantastisch,Frühstück einmalig wie immer bei Kempinski!Nichts fehlt,egal was du brauchst und willst kriegst du hier! Personal sehr nett,bemüht,hilfsbereit. Front Ofis Managerin Veselina Yakibova hat unsere Zeit in Kempinski noch schöner gemacht. Vielen lieben Dank euch alle Wir kommen gerne wieder! Εξαιρετικό πενταστερο ξενοδοχείο,σε φανταστική τοποθεσία, περιτριγυρισμένο από δάση.Ευγενεστατο κ καλά εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό.Πεντακαθαρο κ πλούσιο πρόγευμα.Καταλληλο κ για καλοκαίρι κ χειμώνα.Τα spa του ξενοδοχείου είναι επίσης εξαιρετικά.
