The room is spacious and they come with a sofa bed though slightly dirty. Top notch service especially to the bellboy who made our check-in v fast and easy! He does all the work from lobby to the room!

Location is okay, only a bit far from main attraction area.
Cleanliness is good.
The food for breakfast are great with many variety of choices.
Need to improve more on the "Security Method" , as to easy for out-sider to come in up to the Room Door.
CCTV was not working on the 5th Floor near the "Elevator" .
Too many "Guest" was bring-in "**********" into the Hotel with ugly of Dress and posture , which caused Bad ambiance for those Family Hotel Guest.

There are some points which can be improve,
1. washing sink water tap was loosen,
2. one kind of smell in the toilet room, Bathing glass panel too short and caused water splashed out to the outside floor and forever can not dry up,
3. Hall's sitting cushion was stian of water mark.
Check and maintenance should have carry out periodically

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean.
The only thing we were disappointed about, we see people at least 4 of them, smoke outside the corridor of the hotel rooms.
The smell was so bad .

The islands only KFC, a supermarket across the hotel and some seafood restaurants. Will need to travel by car for better more options. The breakfast is better than maxi. Pool nothing much to rave out. Inside the room there is smart TV which maxi doesn't have. Rooms are more spacious and there are sofa in the the suites. The difference between suite and deluxe Premier is the smart TV, sofa and the bath tub.
