聖喬治滑雪度假飯店(St George Ski & Holiday)

I booked this hotel by accident, confusing it for one I had stayed at before with a similar name. What a pleasant surprise, room nice, tidy, very new and functional. I stayed half board for the week and the food was some of the best hotel food I've ever had in Bulgaria. It's very close to the main lift and a very easy walk to the gondola but a pretty good shuttle bus service too. I would recommend... My only complaint albeit small is that it needs a bigger bar area to relax in in an evening as it's just in reception and seats about 15 at a push....

I cannot understand why this hotel is not scoring higher, we loved it! Rooms recently renovated so lovely modern interior & very clean. Comfy beds, great pool area with steam room, a few saunas and jacuzzi. Food is amazing. We stayed 4 nights on half board and never had a bad meal! The soup every night was outstanding, especially carrot & ginger on Friday night! Great choice at breakfast and love that they leave drink machines on for both meals. Usually they're turned off at dinner. Staff very attentive and fast at clearing dishes in restaurant. Also great location with ski shuttle bus to gondola free of charge or about 10 min walk.

The Spa is to small ,pool ,steam bath ,sauna , jacuzzi was a bit dirty, doesn't look like on the pictures also the lobby bar is to small and the room which we had was 2 single beds not comfortable with hard pillows ,when we was having shower all the bathroom was full with water on the floor . I had massage for 30 min and the lady cut like 6 min earlier my mistake that didn't ask why. Also it was to noisy to many kids running early in the morning like 7 am so not possible to sleep a bit more like at least 9am. Its more like for family with kids this hotel but if you go as a couple or friends who wants to relax I don't recommend.

After checking in we used the lift to our room they have a Hugh health and safety issue with the lift, my partner had his arm trapped on the closing door as the only sensors were at shin level we called the ambulance and hotel was not interested in fact wanted the medics to treat my partner in a busy reception area because they wanted to hear what was being said about there hotel. I then tripped in the lift as it was not leveling correctly. Being disabled I can not use the stairs. No care and extreamly bad customer service as asking to speak to the manager she decided to go home instead and never saw her.

Great hotel with huge rooms. On the day of arrival the check in was fast and we were offered a welcome drink. The hotel was cosy and warm ! The room was clean and tidy ! The room did not had any temperature regulator but the temperature was perfect ! Hot water was 24/7 available and the reception response was very good. The spa was worth to visit. Katya and Ivan were very professional and we experienced a very good massage ! In general very good experience in total and we will surely visit again !

This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience.

We booked a Studio, Balcony (Free Mineral Pool, Saunas, Steam bath) with 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds and they gave us a room with just 1 Double Bed. I went to the reception to provide me with a solution and they proposed to stay in a room with two single beds or pay an extra amount of 150e (for two days) to stay in a four pax room. They also told me that the studios don't come with the configuration the site says. The worst experience ever.

If you want to enjoy your ski vacation stay clear of this hotel. Shower is leaking water into the bathroom floor even after maintenance guy tried to fix it twice Sofas in the room are just for show, and are basically some wood covered with red cloth (I almost broke my back sitting on it) Due to the ski gondola long queues you need to arrive at the gondola before 8:00 am, otherwise you will wait an hour in queue The main issue is that the hotel is totally misaligned to this fact The breakfast starts only at 7:30 am and the first shuttle to the gondola is at 8:00 (if it leaves on time) The staff is totally misaligned regarding the ski room, on arrival two separate families were told by the guy that is working in the ski room that we are not allowed to store in the room ski equipment that was rented outside of the hotel. the lady at the front desk said we can. The key to my room stopped working TWICE and I was locked out of my room and had to go to the front desk to fix it
