I stayed in a private single room at this hostel and was very disappointed. While the staff were generally polite and the two cats on the property were adorable, the room conditions were unacceptable. The water pressure was extremely weak. Both the shower and the sink barely worked, as shown in the photos. The power socket was not compatible with the extension cord they provided, and even when connected, the plug was so loose it felt unsafe. There were long strands of hair left on the bed from a previous guest, and a used set of shampoo bottles was still in the room when I arrived. The cleaner even asked if those items were mine, which clearly showed the room had not been properly cleaned. Another serious issue was the check-in process. After 7 PM, no staff were on-site and check-in could only be done through messaging apps. The street outside is very noisy, and when I called the number provided, I could not hear anything due to the traffic. My messages also went unanswered for a long time, causing unnecessary stress when I arrived. Because of all these problems, I left after just one night, even though I had booked two nights. I chose to give up the second night and booked another hotel instead, at almost the same price. The new place was far better in every aspect. This might be acceptable if the price was cheap, but it was not. For the same price, there are much better, quieter, and cleaner options available in Bangkok. I do not recommend the private rooms here.
