My recent experience at Hotel was outstanding.The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of work. I happen to stay in sarovar in May 2024. They Were Seamless in providing good service. Be it allotment of room, room service. The pillow covers, bedsheets were changes alternate days which was decent. The staff in lobby, entrance, in cafeteria were greetings everyone saying namaste with a smile which I felt was unique and good. With these small things i happen to ask the names of the staff in cafeteria who were serving me dinner during my stay. One their names was Kankana who was happy to take feedback be it +/- with a smile and happy to serve better. Wish them all the best

The hotel is among the best I've stayed in. It scores all the points in all the parameters, the cleanliness, the room service, buffet, etc. Also, the cab service is at par with great fleet of drivers which include Saroj Kumar, who has been a pleasure to ride with.

We loved the food and drinks here. overall experience here. The room is spacious and clean and the house staff is good. The staff over all is super sweet and helpful. Laxmi served us alot and we are very happy with the service provided. The food is really good and we will definitely visit again in the near future.

Went to Sarovar Brunchilly for dinner. Buffet, was very good. Courteous staff and good quality food. Kankana attended to us with utmost care, regarding food taste, comfort etc.

Room service and restaurant service is really good. The staff is very helpful, Laxmi, Priya, Suvendu especially were really helpful and kind during my entire stay at the hotel.
