Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.

Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

The hotel is good, though rooms are small but a overall good hotel

I didn't have a good experience in this hotel... The area where the hotel is located is not bad, but the part where the hotel is located is not welcoming, with stray dogs running around at the entry gate, so it makes u think twice if you want to go out, especially in the evening. The staff is indifferent to guests, to say the least. One night, I had problems with my door lock and couldn't get into my room. I had to go down 3 times to exchange the card just to prove that I was right, saying that it was the lock problem rather than a demagnetized card. The staff looked annoyed with the problem. They had to bring a handyman, and it took him around 45 minutes to figure out the problem. No apologies were offered. Rooms are tiny, with a tiny cubicle for shower and toilet. The sink is actually in the room 1 meter away from the bed. Windows are not opening. My suitcase didn't fit anywhere in the open state, only on the bed. Breakfast only consists of Indian options, so if you are not into those, it will be tough. I know that HI Express is the basic brand, but this one is way under-par basic. Will not stay there again.

The worst Holiday inn property I have stayed in. Bad breakfast (both cold food and bad taste), poor service. I wont recommend it to anyone. The dinner buffet was a total disaster. We had to eat rice, as the server never served us rotis. It felt like that the hotel didnt have any staff to work

What was good Staff was very helpful, responsible and prompt. Things that were not good Rooms are congested and property not well kept Air conditioning seemed to have turned been off in night and lobby was stuffy/moldy through most of the day. The lift was small for the size of the property Breakfast had variation on paper. However, food quality was not good and many items were not available or hot even when one arrived timely and early for breakfast. for a Holiday Inn hotel this was one of the worst property I have ever been in. I don't this it does justice to the brand.

This property should be shut down it is ruining Franchise name. Staff have no knowledge and extremely rude. They canceled our booking and left us on road at middle of night. While in lobby we did see illegal work going on like staff putting cash in pocket and gave room to a sex worker. They must have done same with our booking by cancellling our booking and giving to someone else for cash. Most horrible experience being in a different country and unknown town looking for hotel at 1:00 am in morning

We booked a standard room for our parents ,expecting a best service from previous experience with Holiday inn abroad. Unfortunately we were shocked to see there were not even storage space for luggage and no room for the people to walk .Please try to value money for what we are paying you.Really terrible experience.Too congested and won't recommend to anyone.
