We have booked suit room for family accommadation with kids, after we check in horrible bad smell in the floor corridor and inside room as well. When we complained about this, we got response by just spraying room freshner and asked us to open window doors fpr some time. When I called up reception person for solution of my problem, he suggested for another room which is also having same bad smell inside room. Finally I had discussion with ***ager for a possible solution, he was very harsh and not ready to cancel and pay back my money. Since it was already 10 pm, I just walked out of hotel with time and money loss. Only 1 towel provided, asked us to wait till next day morning to get additional towel No water bottles provided No proper ventilation in the room Stain marks on room walls Terible bad smell in floor corridor
