The rooms and common areas like the restaurant were not clean. We had to choose between a room where the geyser was not working or a room where the air conditioner wasn't working. Most of the light fittings in the room were not working, and the curtain & bed linen were stained.

The rooms were average and not at all like the pictures. Bathrooms were dirty and the flush was not working! ac didn’t have a remote to control the temperature and there was no house keeping to clean the room. We had to sweep it ourself

5 for stay 4 for location 3 for food 5 for service. The ambience and rooms were super spacious and comfortable. Maintenance is required

Executive cottage is not maintained properly and there was a water leakage in the ceiling. Also there was no continuous power, it was on and off for every 30 mins. When i asked about it. Management said transformer got burst and bescom is working for the last 3 or 4 days. I called the reception before starting to resort to check for any issues. They said no issues and i can accomodate. If they would have informed about power issues, then i would have cancel-led my booking. Children play area & children swimming pool is not at all maintained. I booked the resort for 2 days but i vacated in one day due to this worst experience.

I wasted the money i vacate within 15 min. Rooms are not thr as seen in the images it’s terrible dirty smelly toilets are horrible i din even stay thr fr a lng time i jus vacate within 15 min of check in

The rooms were ok ok kind of and the rest rooms were very poorly maintained. The hotel staff were gentle but couldn't get anything on time 😃. The only thing we loved most is the pool which was neat and clear but too crowded (weekend heat 😀)as they allow outsiders on hourly basis and the lawn was good with lush green.
