Everything was great at the Brewster Mountain Lodge. Perfect location, great breakfast, quiet, fantastic service. The only thing I wish they had is a newer mattress as my side was a bit sunken, which is a bit uncomfortable for belly down sleeping position

Hotel it self was great! And breakfast!
The staff checking in had no hospitality at all no welcome to Brewster’s have you stayed with us before. The man looked like we were disturbing him. And girl looked like woke up from a nap. Can I have a credit card and drivers license! No please thank you. If you don’t like job quit! The man in morning was very friendly and told us to have a safe drive home! That’s how it’s done !

Hiden fees,not comfortable beds and one size of high pillows for everyone so good luck with sleeping here! Dry air during night we woke up with blood in nose! They rented to us room with broken shower, no showering too!February 2024!

Breakfast was not very good. Room faced back alley and was very noisy. Has no amenities (pool or hut tub or nice lobby area to sit and visit). Much better places to stay for a few dollars more - if you are looking for cheap and good - keep looking.

We thoroughly enjoy Brewster’s and have stayed with them many times over the years. Its location, consistency, and friendly staff are what’s most appealing. The hotel is one block from Banff Ave, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping. The car parking is extremely convenient. The cleanliness and room quality is very high as compared to other hotels in the area. The price is competitive as well. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Never a bad experience! Look forward to returning in 2024!

Great location at the heart of downtown, clean and cozy rooms, very nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was delightful. Bus stop for ski resort shuttles is really close, few minutes of walking that is nice. Had an amazing vacation at Banff!
