Great meal once again . Have eaten here 3 times this month as friends and dogs have come to see me . Everyone has just loved their meal and desperate to come back . Last night - The meal sitting was run so welll. What a smooth operation I witnessed . Well organised , calm atmosphere. Satisfied diners . The kitchen and waiting team worked so well once again ….. what a fantastic success . The waitresses were all completely efficient and communicating well together and great team work. Well done Seafield Arms . The dining room has been utilised now as it is so busy ….. Very friendly people and lots of folk enjoying the beers and rugby . The waitresses are just so lovely and even new ones say they are loving their jobs . Dave, Gill and co do an absolutely amazing job and work so so hard .. Please visit .

Lovely wee hotel/Inn in a very picturesque village. All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good, lovely big bed which was very comfortable . All very clean and tidy. Had both dinner and breakfast and food is excellent. Hubby had the monkfish goujons which was all locally caught and a good size meal. I had the vegetarian Thai curry which was also excellent. Was pleased to see they had a good selection of food to cover vegetarian/vegan and gluten free requirements. Breakfast was great was the best omelette I have had in ages, only thing I might suggest is a Vegetarian option of a sausage or similar. Hubby had the full Scottish and what a plateful. All round well done have recommended to family already

We were staying over the road at Peppermill cottage. We ate every night bar one in the Seafield arms the food was excellent every time the landlord and all of his staff are great hosts with time to talk to people and get to know them. All the locals engage and speak and we learnt a lot about the area. I would highly recommend this pub and area and if I’m around again I will definitely be visiting. Sid from North Yorkshire

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and lovely food. We had young children and a dog so sat outside. The garden is beautifully kept with lovely flowers and a play park for the kids. Water bowls for the dog and you can buy dog treats at the bar. The food was home cooked and delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had an absolutely delicious meal here with my partner. Food was fantastic, restaurant was lovely and service outstanding. Portions were huge and menu was extensive and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay food,service and accommodation all top notch. We met some real local characters in the public bar where Dave and James looked after us all night. It is a great place to stay and if you are heading up that way it is a must.

My friend and I ...along with my daft dog had a wonderful lunch. Fish and chips for two........Plus a bowl of sausages and gravy for the daft dog from the " Doggie Menu". Then the Humans in the party had pudding...........Sticky Toffee for me and Apple Crumble for my friend ............Whow. One of the best lunches I have had in a long time. Bar staff were Fab....nothing was to much trouble. We will be back

Immediately felt welcome to a lovely, comfortable hotel. We booked to stay over and sample the famous Butcher’s Block which did not disappoint. Food fantastic, room very comfortable but the staff were the stars, lovely people who couldn’t do enough for you. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

£16 for 2 courses and a free soft drink or wine in the evening. Exceptional food. I had Cullen skink then the fish pie and my husband had haggis and black pudding bites then the battered haddock. All cooked to perfection. Will be back.
