Prima hotel om Bandung Centrum te verkennen. Ligging direct naast BIP Shoppingmall. Super vriendelijke personeel. En ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kamer is gedateerd met name de badkamer moet nodig gerenoveerd worden. En douchen in bad met gordijnen kan nu eigenlijk niet meer. Wij hebben geluidsoverlast gehad van de Bar aan de overkant van de straat. Muziek staat hard en gaat soms wel tot na 1 uur ‘s nachts  door. Als je dus een kamer aan de Jalan Aceh krijgt dan zijn goede oordoppen wel belangrijk.

バンドンの中心近くにあります。 周囲にはいろいろな店があり便利です。 施設は古いですが落ち着いた雰囲気です。 客室は広くゆったりとしています。 シャワーの切り替えは故障していました。 使いませんでしたが、ボディーソープのボトルはポンプが壊れていました。 充電用のコンセントが少なかったです。 部屋の照明を落とすとコンセントの電源もオフになります。 朝食はメニューが少ないと思います。

The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. The Hotel is connected to Aryaduta Mall with Super rmarket. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has varieties and delicious too. We will definitely repeat stay here the next time

Hotelnya luxury vintage, bersih, nyaman dan fasilitasnya oke untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Kamar bisnis sudah ada bathtubnya oke banget. Kamarnya juga bersih, nyaman, viewnya juga oke. Over all sih good yaa.

위치는 소핑몰을 끼고 있어 편리합니다. 조식 메뉴 중 빵은 맛있으나 커피머신이 없어 아쉽습니다 가성비가 튀어납니다.

酒店位置很好。 實際上我們到達的時候已經是下午 3 點左右了，我們預訂了 3 間房間。但只有 2 間有連通門的房間可用（很好，符合我的要求）。但另外 1 個房間仍在等待，因為房間尚未準備好。我們等了很久，直到下午 4 點左右才可以入住房間（在我要求客房服務人員打掃房間之後）。 之後我們接到電話，說我們可以享受免費自助晚餐（因延遲入住）。我們很高興。 我們大約晚上 7 點到達後，食物已經空了。工作人員沒有註意到他們需要補充食物。雞肉和咖哩湯很冷。食物種類有限。還有一群的一位女士在抱怨：每人花了 20 萬，但食物卻令人失望。同樣我們也需要支付額外的費用。 第二天早上去健身房，我在男廁發現了髒東西。 早上入住之前，我嘗試打電話給酒店來修復線路。但沒人接電話。也許管理層應該檢查一下。 入住五星級飯店是個意想不到的體驗。需要改進服務

Kamar super bersih & terang ,nyaman buat anak2, bangunan hotel dr luar tidak bgtu bagus tp begitu masuk dalam sangat2 terawat, banyak aktivitas buat anak2, kolam renang bersih, ada rabbit feeding, ada kids room lengkap dgn perosotan segala. Sangat2 rekomen sekali Kurang nya kemarin anak ambil 2 donat tidak dimakan mau di takeaway REPOT, hrs diantar staf ke ruangan jdi lebih baik di buang drpd repot dan bikin Malu

Hotel favorit nya mantan pacar yg sekarang sdh jd pendamping terkasih.

untuk bangunan hotel memang terkesan sudah lama tapi dari segi design dan layout kamar masih sangat relevan dan fasilitas yang ada juga sangat lengkap mulai dari gym dan pool, untuk sarapan di hotel sangat memuaskan dengan menu yang variatif serta enak.

Pros : good location, close to mall, good breakfast Cons : cant refill mineral water

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Good location just next to Bandung Indah Plaza. Attentive and excellent staffs from the security, the doormen, the reception to the room service. Big bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. On the other hand the shower curtain and head need to be replaced. Please consider more safety fittings in the bathroom especially for the elderly. Lift a little slow to accommodate crowds at times. Overall nice place to stay.

1 malam menginap di hotel aryaduta. First time nginep disini, karyawan ramah, all is good. Bonus ketemu Fariz RM Kesan pertama : hotel dengan desain klasik yg mewah Lokasi : sangat strategis di tengah kota Kamar : business room, bersih, ac berfungsi dengan baik Kamar mandi : ada bathtub, sayangnya shower rusak Fasilitas lain : kolam renang ternyata cukup dalam untuk ukuran orang dewasa. Ada mini bird park, lapangan tennis, gym.

I think the hotel need renovation because of the facilities inside room are quite old and dont look good. For the cleanliness I gave only 2 star because I found small cockcroach inside my room near the bed and also I found the towel in bathroom is dirty and found short hair like around 2cm on the towel.
