拜克遺產飯店(The Byke Heritage)

recently visited the resort from 25th november to 27th november for 2 nights. i stayed at their delux luxary pool view room. i have booked 2 rooms of the same category. what i found is that there are few negative reviews on various sites. but actually there is nothing negative about the resort. its well maintained absolutely fatastic resort. pros : huge property, very clean & green and will give you heritage vibes. they have nice swimming pool for adults and pool with slides for children. they have bar with sitting facility. though very limited varities to choose from. inhouse games zone , advanture activities also available. rooms are specious, well lit and clean with huge sitting area outside the room facing pool, bathrooms are very clean. they have back up generator for any electricity failure. in my 2 nights i have not faced any power cut because of generator facility. breakfast is very tasty and at poolside with very nice spread. a la carte lunch and dinner is tasty. they have live music nights on weeekends with a fabulous singer ms. gauri singing various songs. she is very talented and have a very beautiful voice. they have dj night as well after the live music session by ms gauri. dj sameer khan is excellent dj and you will love to dance on his tunes. resort staff is highly polite , quick in service and well ***nered. hotel check in to check out is all smooth. they have running hot water through out the day. spa is excellant . ms varsha in ladies section and mr anil in gents section.they both are highly trained . its highly recom***ded that you must visit to them atleast once to them during your visit. cons: resort should provide hot water kettle and mini fridge in rooms. its now a com*** facility across all the hotels- resorts. food items in menu are very limited , restaurant must include few more food items. overall its a very good & pleasant stay for me. i would highly recom***d the byke heritage for your stay.

Close to charlotte lake & points, beautiful well maintained spacious property. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ensure you keep the doors closed, else monkeys can get inside. We had the dinner buffet and bfast there. Both were tasty and the spread was good. They have a disco as well that we did not use. I used the spa. Got an accupressure massage. The masseuse Varsha is very good and I am glad for taking the massage. The property is 15-20 mins walk from Charlotte lake, Lords point, Pisarnath temple and Cecil point. It is also 20mins walk to Alexander point in a different direction. It is 15-20 mins walk from railway station. Horse ride from station to Byke will cost approx 100-150 and from Dastur point will cost approx 650. There are hand drawn single seater ricks as well whose cost we didnt ask. Elderly people or families with kids were using them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, we would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Pathetic service received IN Matheran AC is not working, At hotel room main gate there are too ***y monkey when we call reception for help we dont get. When we call centralized booking for help they dont help or dont give ***ager no. Phone was picked up by south goa unit he also didnt gave is name when i asked. Room phone is also not working for calling Reception. Very pooor services. Dont book this hotel for vacation there are better option.

Peaceful retreat. Great vegetarian food with lots of variety. Kids enjoy a lot due to the huge space. Rooms are clean. You should definitely experience Anil Bhau's massage. Ambience is also good. Have been there 4/5 times and never got bored.

Quality Accommodation... Food was Fantastic no doubt! 95% falling on positive review Bit far from the A*** lodge but it like a heaven Go for it... There were few issues with the water taps but it was ***ageable. Overall Awsm Stay and hospitality

Overall stay was good arrangements were good rooms was nice arrangements of dinner at pool side area was nice and breakfast was also good this was 2nd time I was staying there I'll definitely visit again soon

Another small vacation, another trip to the Byke Heritage Hotel in Matheran. And it was another very good experience. Initially booked a 4-night stay but as always added one more day to the trip thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the property. I do like to connect and network with people and there were some really wonderful people we met. To start off, Om ji helped us with seamless booking and with one of the best rooms. He is always welcoming and accommodates last minute requests. We got a warm welcome from Akshay Sakpal, Dilawar Hussain who also helped us book the extra day during full house weekends. The bell boy Kapil ***iram helped us relieve our load after a tiring journey. The food was excellent as always and well take care of by FNB ***ager Prakash Gupta ji and Santosh Babare ji and his entire tirelessly working team. They took extra care of my mother and kids' requests. Their hospitality was fantastic. I do need to mention the individual chefs and cooks and the serving boys who cooked and served food with love and affection. Special mention to Kamal Maharaj, Breakfast cook Vikas Kumar and main kitchen cook Ravi Gupta. And then the *** who served us with wonderful tandoori Rotis - Jai Ram. Mr Anil Rokade and his team were fantastic with their room service. Quick and efficient and they delivered things even late night quickly. Mr Tadvi took very good care of the electronic maintenance and was quick and prompt with his service. The housekeeping team involving supervisor Sambhaji Bhavare, Sudam Magar, Varsha ji were perfect with their work and accommodated a lot of our requests. The days ended with some wonderful singing from singer Gauri and fantastic mix match DJ from Sameer Khan at the Sun & Set Disco. They have added adventure activities as well and it would be great if they can build a lush green garden for kids which I had written earlier as well. All in all, another holiday well spent. I would recommend this property highly, for the leisure, beauty, hospitality and food. One of the best in and around Maharashtra.

Excellent Support staff, Nice hospitality, Dilawar Hussain was very helpful, Sameer Kaan had nice Karoke and Music in Discotheque. Vinod from housekeeping was simply fantastic. Went with Family for 4 days, Enjoyed the Adventure at the Hotel. Cleanliness Spotless, Swimming and Kids pool were cleaned regularly, Pool side area was awesome. Gauri is brialliant and her voice is god gifted. She entertained everyone like anything, speechless. This was simply fantastic and memorable visit. I am been visiting Byke for ***y years now , but this time it was by far the best i have had in years.

PROS : HUGE PROPERTY, VERY CLEAN & GREEN AND WILL GIVE YOU HERITAGE VIBES. THEY HAVE NICE SWIMMING POOL FOR ADULTS AND POOL WITH SLIDES FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE BAR WITH SITTING FACILITY. THOUGH VERY LIMITED VARITIES TO CHOOSE FROM. INHOUSE GAMES ZONE , ADVANTURE ACTIVITIES ALSO AVAILABLE. ROOMS ARE SPECIOUS, WELL LIT AND CLEAN WITH HUGE SITTING AREA OUTSIDE THE ROOM FACING POOL, BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN. THEY HAVE BACK UP GENERATOR FOR ANY ELECTRICITY FAILURE. IN MY 2 NIGHTS I HAVE NOT FACED ANY POWER CUT BECAUSE OF GENERATOR FACILITY. BREAKFAST IS VERY TASTY AND AT POOLSIDE WITH VERY NICE SPREAD. A LA CARTE LUNCH AND DINNER IS TASTY. THEY HAVE LIVE MUSIC NIGHTS ON WEEEKENDS WITH A FABULOUS SINGER MS. GAURI SINGING VARIOUS SONGS. SHE IS VERY TALENTED AND HAVE A VERY BEAUTIFUL VOICE. THEY HAVE DJ NIGHT AS WELL AFTER THE LIVE MUSIC SESSION BY MS GAURI. DJ SAMEER KHAN IS EXCELLENT DJ AND YOU WILL LOVE TO DANCE ON HIS TUNES. RESORT STAFF IS HIGHLY POLITE , QUICK IN SERVICE AND WELL ***NERED. HOTEL CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT IS ALL SMOOTH. THEY HAVE RUNNING HOT WATER THROUGH OUT THE DAY. SPA IS EXCELLANT . MS VARSHA IN LADIES SECTION AND MR ANIL IN GENTS SECTION.THEY BOTH ARE HIGHLY TRAINED . ITS HIGHLY RECOM***DED THAT YOU MUST VISIT TO THEM ATLEAST ONCE TO THEM DURING YOUR VISIT. CONS: RESORT SHOULD PROVIDE HOT WATER KETTLE AND MINI FRIDGE IN ROOMS. ITS NOW A COM*** FACILITY ACROSS ALL THE HOTELS- RESORTS. FOOD ITEMS IN MENU ARE VERY LIMITED , RESTAURANT MUST INCLUDE FEW MORE FOOD ITEMS. OVERALL ITS A VERY GOOD & PLEASANT STAY FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOM***D THE BYKE HERITAGE FOR YOUR STAY.
