「We were not happy with breakfast as it was not served piping hot. Also there was no flexibility to alternate food options for example I ordered a snooty breakfast ( desi) but I am vegetarian so did not want the sausages or turkey . Also allergic to mushrooms . I was given a small omelette with a small bowl of baked beans and one small paratha.  All our friends and partners felt the same that the breakfast was not value for money no refills for tea or coffee. There were no healthy options for fruits or vegetarians . Both days our breakfast was cold. First day we all had masala dosa  the the smabhar was cold. Dosa was under cooked.  We stayed for two nights we had requested room making service: our bed was not properly made neither towels were replaced .  Overall the staff were helpful and accommodating on late check in.」

「我們現在參觀了森伯裏酒店幾次,這次在02.47am被個人或個人打擾,也經歷了從上面傳輸的很多噪音,這對我們來說都是第一次,當然讓我們感到驚訝。三個晚上的清潔服務相當於拉起牀罩,這明確降低了以前的標準。免費瓶裝水和零食餅乾根本沒有刷新,房間本身現在有兩個大面積潮溼的地方,角落應該得到照顧,至少保持乾淨。 酒店在週末很忙,但週二早上的早餐是參加服務,而不是自助餐,因爲食物是新鮮準備的,爲我們服務。如果你有寵物,現在每晚20英鎊,在酒吧區隔離早餐,除了在寒冷之前從餐館區步行外,其他都很好。 場地一流,外面的天井很棒,停車場很多。看看管理評論是否很有趣。」
