La chambre est toujours entretenue chaque jour, le petit déjeuner est diversifié, le personnel est toujours à l'écoute des réclamations du client. La chambre est super propre. Nous avons aimé la qualité de la climatisation, la présence d'une salle de sports et enfin la sécurité qu'offre l'hôtel. Le nombre réduit des chaînes sur la télévision ne nous a pas permis de suivre certains matches

Déçu par le Directeur Général à cause du mépris et de son manque de considération à l'égard des clients. Il doit savoir parler aux clients. Le Directeur Général a besoin de formation en management du personnel et en art oratoire.

hôtel propre, sécurisé, service accueillant et disponible. pas de navette inclus dans les tarifs. Aucun évènement loisirs proposé aux résidents le week-end. les chambres sont bien entretenues. mais le wifi est de qualité juste assez-bien.

Très bon accueil a la réception et aussi la courtoisie du personnel dans son ensemble est exceptionnelle. Nous y reviendrons certainement pour d'autres expériences. Le personnel de sécurité a l'entrée fait un bon contrôle également.

grand professionnalisme du personnel, hygiène parfaite, lieux impeccables, sécurité au sein de l'établissement, salle de gym, spa, piscine, restaurant, bar, terrasse vraiment on ne peut que se sentir bien. je conseille cet établissement.

Very nice hotel well furnished. I loved the breakfast, you should not miss it. The diner buffet is also a nice one. Located in a safe and accessible area. It is a luxury hotel, but the value deserves / is worth the price

jai hautement apprécié la qualité de service, la convivialité de tout le personel, la qualité des repas, l'attention particulière faite pour la sécurité de l'hotel, de son personnel et des clients. par contre je n'ai pas vu de service de location de voiture pour les clients ayant le besoin.
