Terrible experience. Food options are limited, staff is not very polite.

Clean room, great staff, good location, walking distance to good food places

I liked the location but when I got to my room, the internet was not great, the remote barely worked, the cold water in the bathroom did not work, and the elevator went out. Why stepping out side my room, somehow the the interior safety lock got locked and maintenance had to break the lock off from the outside. Also there was a fire alarm during the night. The staff was very nice.

Property is basically just “okay” under all circumstances; but is convenient to central Towson. On this occasion however I reserved a king-bed room AND PREPAID, only to be informed WHEN I ARRIVED that no king bed rooms were available, only doubles. Lacking any alternative at that hour, and having prepaid, I was stuck and without options. Absolutely unacceptable.

Overall it was ok. Late the first night we discovered that the blankets were lumpy and hard. When we pulled back the duvet we found they looked like the pictures. When we showed Noor at the front desk- she gagged. Housekeeping came later and insisted that’s what the feathers look like when they get washed. I would disagree. It was quite gross looking. The pictures are the blankets from both beds.

I have stayed there numerous times and almost always have a good experience. This time was different. It just felt off. No bottled water or QR code in room, as it usually is, lock on door was broken, no one answering phones at front desk and no one greeting at front door. Service was poor this visit. They did compensate with Bonvoy points, I appreciated that. New staff wasn't up to par. Seemed as though high turnover.

Bathroom lovely; nice linens. Pool towels nice and big and thirsty😊 Pool ladders for entry very wobbly and no stair entrance for easy entrance and exit. Did not see water being filtered. Most unusual However, we were refreshed playing in the water after vigorous days of activity. Safe was not working. Desk offered to send maintenance to repair. However, this would have disrupted our plans as desk attendant suggested maintenance could come when we were there. The safe should definitely be repaired while the room is vacant if guests/ guest property. Linens on each bed different weights which proved to be a boon😊 We all slept comfortably. Missed having a microwave. The hotel/ restaurant personnel were very hospitable- courteous but not invasive! Lastly, the parking garage plug-ins stations were very slow and erratic in charging.

It's nothing fancy, but a truly reliable and comfortable place, where you're treated well. We appreciate the club level and the basic but well done breakfast offered each morning. We were also pleased by the housekeeping servicing our room while we were away for the day; something quite rare in these post-pandemic days. They are also beginning to deliver food to the rooms from their restaurant. I applaud their efforts, and will return.

We have stayed here countless times. We love the convenience to Towson University. It is about a $50-60 uber ride from the airport. This will save you daily parking fee of $14 as well if you just don't want to hassle with a car. There is a nice but pricey market across the street, and casual pizza place and taco shop. The staff is beyond professional and I love that one of the main housekeeper has been there for years. Our room decor is nice and always tidy~
