Beds were definitely not pillow top. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable,not what I expected from a Marriott. The girl at the front desk on Dec.18@ around 3pm, should not have been working check in. Maybe she was having a bad day,which we all have,but she made us feel like she was doing us a favor. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. We had a problem with the coffee maker,and Housekeeping was great in responding promptly. The young man was super nice. Except for check-in, our stay was fine.
