Homewood Suites by Hilton Frederick

The Homewood Suites was a great place to stay. The rooms were well laid out. The showers are a good size. The bed was comfortable. It’s the quietest hotel (in terms of ambient noise from traffic and such outside, as well as other guests inside the hotel) I’ve found in Frederick. And the staff is great, they’re really kind and helpful. I had a great stay.

The room was decent considering it was a last minute booking due to circumstances beyond our control. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room/suite needed better cleaning. The table and cabinet knobs in the kitchen were sticky. Found a dirty sock left from the previous guests on the floor at the end of the bed.

Been here before in 2019 and it was great then. Now returning 3 years later, the furniture very dirty and stained badly and carpet very dirty. Lovely hotel. In need of furniture and carpet upgrades. Would stay again but at a much lower price. Location is awesome!

Got to the hotel to find out the room that I booked was not available. They tried their best to but it was two adjoining rooms instead of a suite with 2 bedrooms. Spoke with the general manager and he said they would refund 1/2 of what was paid, but never got anything from ********** . I waited some time to give time for the refund but its been months. Would not recommend.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a few of her friends. The girls had a great time in the pool, using the gym, and hanging out in the room. Everything we needed was provided in the room (with the exception of pillows for the pullout couch!) Breakfast was great, and the cleaning staff was so friendly!

Loved how spacious the room was & that there was a ceiling fan plus air conditioning. Quiet, clean & very comfortable. A great place for any length of stay!

Homewood Suites by Hilton is an extremely nice hotel to stay at with family. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. We were pleasantly surprised to find that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Plus the separate living area with couch, dining table, & kitchenette. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Also a hot breakfast included.

I paid for a suite with 2 queen size beds and I requested early check in and late checkout. They claimed not to have the room I reserved and offered me 2 connecting rooms??? There were only 2 of us so this made no sense. Did not honor the early check in and only offered 1 hour late checkout instead of the 2 hours listed on your website.

Good location, and in general the hotel is in very good condition. The grounds and lobby area are clean, pleasant, and inviting. The staff was friendly. The room itself was not well-stocked with respect to the kitchen. There was barely any silverware, and only one cooking utensil. There was hair in the bathroom, and the bathroom door scraped across the floor so it could not easily open or close. The couch had some staining. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The property is well-insulated and not loud, and the drapes/blinds darken the room well. I'd probably stay again to give the property another chance.
