1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Resort situato nell’entroterra di Nusa Penida in mezzo alla natura. Noi avevamo una soluzione da quattro persone suddivisa su due piani con giardino e piscina, colazione inclusa. Wayan e Il suo staff sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Location fantastica. Colazione e cene di buona qualità.

非常友好的工作人員 商務飯店級住宿（忘記您是在峇裡島） 推薦給打算在飯店外度過大部分時間的人，一旦回到飯店，您就可以舒適地休息。 早餐包括米飯、蔬菜和雞肉，但沒有麵包。 印尼咖啡很好喝。提供中國茶和果汁。甜點是西瓜、哈密瓜… （水果盤上有很多果蠅） 您需要穿過停車場才能進入飯店。 （摩托車24小時便宜3,000 Rp），但當然你也可以步行。 步行即可到達IKEA。 在我的5天住宿期間，我昨晚無法入睡。 這是一家乾淨的飯店，但我有一次在清晨被老鼠在天花板上奔跑的聲音吵醒。我對面房間的一位歐洲客人透過免持電話聊了三個小時。即使在我們的房間裡，我們也可以清楚地聽到揚聲器中傳來低沉的英語和女聲。最後我還是睡不著… 我透過Watchhop要求飯店工作人員做出回應，但直到凌晨才收到道歉的回覆。

這家酒店在勒吉安中心，你可以在周邊走走，酒店離酒吧和餐廳很近，我們的房間乾淨，員工很友好，很有幫助，我很喜歡在遊泳池邊上的酒吧。而且遊泳池的景色很美。早餐很好吃，有許多種食物--＞煎餅 麥片 牛奶 炒飯 臘肉 香腸麵包 還有當地食品☕️咖啡 熱茶 果汁 水果 炒蛋 煎蛋。酒店很安全，你需要全程用房卡通行，對於你們這家酒店真的很好

Classic hotel by the bypass, timeless architecture however lack of maintenance. Great room with affordable price point, super spacious yet lack of maintenance. The service was okay, breakfast kinda meh. Facilities enough for holiday kinda like.

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Staying at the deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious, with its own private terrace. The hotel itself is very convenient due to its proximity and ease of access to the beach. Staff was very helpful and the hotel's food wasn't expensive. Excellent!
