設施：設施都很齊全，帶我們到房間後挨個設備進行介紹，房間和酒店內環境都沒有什麼蟲，但是也準備了殺蟲葯。而且中國人友好：洗澡有絲瓜網！好可愛。 衞生：我們早上去吃早餐後房間就被收好了，衞生做的很好，每天回去都很乾凈。 環境：海灘也很乾凈，早上晨起散步遇到一羣工作人員打掃沙灘衞生。本身度假村內維護的也很好，不會有其他的問題。 服務：服務尤其周到，我現在在佩妮達到maua，價格接近，但是服務遠不如這個店。這個店每個人都很熱情，隨時關注你的需求幫助你。我們離開時因為很早，我試圖詢問能不能打包早餐，也打包了很多。 餐廳的可頌（焦糖杏仁版本）最好吃。健身房也不錯。 下次還來。

服務：整體體驗感很好，科曼內卡是這次我住的同價位裏我感受過服務最好的酒店。每個工作人員都會很熱情的幫助你或者主動過來詢問需要什麼幫助和服務。 地理位置：這邊屬於峇裏島東海岸吧，周邊沒有其他能玩的，適合純純度假在酒店躺平，從烏布過來好像是蠻近的。 房型與基礎設施：房型前面一整個大的泳池，性價比比較高，裝修與設計比較喜歡。 希望可以改進的點：入住當天給我送了honeymoon cake，但是因為我當時不在房間，服務人員直接將其放在了地上，我回去的時候蛋糕上都是螞蟻。再加上我語言溝通有點不順暢，最後那個蛋糕就是被他們重新拿走處理了，也沒有給什麼其他的補償，這點讓我有點不舒服。 我覺得這點服務的小細節可以改進下，如果是送的蛋糕或者飲品的話，最好還是確認下客人在不在場，不然很容易壞掉，從而造成損失和一點小麻煩。

峇裏島這段旅行中住的最滿意的酒店 房間超級大 泳池裡的水很乾凈 從酒店公共泳池下去就是黑沙灘 我們入住的當天下午五點還有場婚禮😆酒店的工作人員服務態度很好 每個人都會面帶微笑的打招呼 我跟我男朋友英語不是很好 小學水平 工作人員很耐心的用翻譯軟件給我們翻譯，我們到達酒店是下午12點半 還給我們申請了提前入住。早飯可以用whatsapp聯繫前台送到房間來 圖4的湯麪很符合中國人的胃口 好吃巨推薦😋可惜衹定了一晚。如果下次再去峇裏島 我還會選擇這家酒店！

Красивое тихое место. Вилла с шикарным видом на Океан. Пляж интересный, чёрный песок. Но волны сильные, так и не искупались. Спасает прекрасный бассейн. Были 3 дня, дольше оставаться нет смысла,слишком тихо. В ресторане по вечерам музыка, но это не спасает. Релакс, Чили и медитация. Кормят вкусно, есть фрукты. Особое внимание заслуживает обслуживание. На 5+. Все принесут, все донесут. Вежливые и приветливые. В общем. За тишиной ,покоем сюда. Если суетить, то точно не здесь. Далековато от заведений

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The villa had a beautiful ambience with a private pool. The à la carte breakfast could have tasted better, but overall, it was a wonderful experience

酒店位置離機場1個小時 （不堵車情況下） 周邊很荒什麼都沒有。適合住個2天度假。純在酒店躺着。住時間長有點無趣 。最多住2天。峇裏島特別堵車所以住在這個酒店基本上就泡酒店裡 打車出門都是1小時起步 。 酒店黑沙灘很漂亮。很值得打卡 房間和圖片一樣 唯一區別是10幾開頭的比12幾開頭的房間風景好。 除蟲這點做的不太好 還住了其他酒店都有放蚊香類的 這家沒有 。所以室外沙發上都是蟲 也不敢坐躺 不敢開燈 早餐味道尚可點餐制度 在酒店做了spa和點了晚餐 水平都還可以。 總體來説 還算不錯

工作人員非常友好 基本上所有的工作人都可以準確的報出你的房號 我們的食物過敏源是洋葱和大蒜 幾乎所有的食物裏都含有 是非常普遍的配料 酒店會貼心的主動額外為我們單獨準備 及時是預製的一些湯底也會單獨製作 活動也比較豐富和用心 酒店整體不大 靜謐且舒適

涼爽的地方。很漂亮。酒店的工作人員對所有客人都非常有禮貌和友好。 Ari 是一位非常好的管家。漂亮又涼爽的泳池。我認為它的深度是1.8米。安靜又美麗的地方。黑沙灘很漂亮。酒店周圍的稻田很漂亮。我原本預計會有蚊子，但令我驚訝的是沒有。別墅裡有液體電動驅蟲劑，這是一個非常好的舉措。浴室非常好。餐廳的食物和下午茶非常棒，非常感謝。

酒店設施很乾淨，環境也很舒服，晚上睡覺時會聽到海的聲音，很放鬆。酒店餐廳的食物也不錯，有時也會有live music，氣氛一流。
