Hôtel atypique accroché à la montagne avec un accès également atypique. Des chambres avec vue direct sur océan ou seul le bruit des vagues nous bercent.la manager est hyper sympa et très à l écoute, à refaire avec bonheur , et je recommande cette établissement.

The property was extremely unique! If you're looking for a 5* Marriot where you can drive up to the front door and hop in an elevator directly to your room this isn't for you. There is however a once in a lifetime staircase down to the reception / communal area before your private staircase to your unique room with an incredible view! Be sure to red the full description before booking, and also use the phone at the top of the driveway if assistance required with your bags down the steps. Awesome place with great views. Hard to reach with steep steps, especially with suitcases but staff can assist. For breakfast there are 3 menys to choose from and for lunch and dinner there are a few local dishes to choose. I would have wished for a few more alternatives for both food and drinks but if only staying a couple of days it’s okey. If you would want snacks or such there is none. Cleaning is god and hospitality are great. Perfect place to relax and just enjoy sun, waves and nice views. Free access to SUP, good Wi-Fi. At low tide it’s possible to walk to nearby beaches. I wood come back, for sure!

Par quoi commencer … j’aurais dû lire les autres commentaires négatifs car ils ressemblent finalement à notre expérience! J’ai payé 193€ la nuit pour un hôtel qui n’a pas de porte d’accès juste un simple sentier sale et étroit en bord de falaise non balisé non éclairé puis il faut ensuite descendre ou monter 100 marches de 70cm de hauts ! Il s’agit d’un dénivelé énorme qui correspond à une très bonne rando avec les bagages cela aurait pu être amusant mais c’est juste ultra dangereux. Si vous comptez explorer les alentours c’est juste impossible de sortir et de revenir à votre chambre. J ai donc fini par faire une crise d’asthme et j’ai du fuir l’hôtel… la direction n’a pas voulu me rembourser les nuitées non effectuées cela n’est pas la première fois visiblement c’est bien que leur politique n’est pas correct et que ce sont des voleurs même en cas de problème de santé il n’y aura personne pour vous! Le seul point d’eau un petit bassin était vert et non fonctionnel. Les chambre sales avec des prises qui se défont dû murs aucune insonorisation j’ai entendu des ébats, des enfants qui pleurent et bien d’autres choses, le personnel est juste exploités et mangent a même le sol derrière le comptoir… je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de tester la nourriture mais tout ce que je peux dire c’est que Bali est l endroit où l’on sait accueillir les gens et surtout avec des choses adaptés à la clientèle. Rien n’est propre rien n’est fait pour que l’hôtel reste en bon état et la volonté de l’établissement est bien de prendre uniquement votre argent. J’aurais honte de tenir un établissement pareil. J’ai honte que ce soit des français qui le tienne car cela reflète un mauvais état d’esprit de notre pays au balinais, sincèrement il y a tellement plus beau plus bon et plus accessible comme logement à moindre prix! Fuyez juste fuyez c est le pire moment de mon séjour en 3 semaines sur Bali !

We had a wonderful time here of the last 3 days of our holiday, in fact we loved it so much that we hardly left during our stay! The location is superb, the staff were lovely, the manager was very accommodating and relaxed as he obviously runs the place very smoothly, the food was delicious , Simple and priced well . Yes there are lots of steps but this is made very clear when you book, and we had no problems with that it just added to the private setting. If we were to come back to Bali we would love to stay here again. John & Julia

We only stayed for 2 days but we greatly enjoyed it. The location is very private and we ad ocean views from every point in the hotel. sitting to lunch or have dinner overlooking the sea was magnificent. The food was nice and the service was very good. I had a massage with Putu and it was really good, the best I had in Bali. We would like to return to stay for more days. Valentine, the hotel manager is very friendly and great to chat and share experiences. You need to be aware of the steps you have to walk to arrive at the hotel. some travel agents don't tell you. There is a phone booth at the beginning of the steps where you can call the hotel and they will come over and help you with your luggage. The steps are a bit tiring but nothing too hard and it is all worthy when you arrive at the open lobby and see the spectacular view. The beach is a bit small during high tides but you can still use it. At low tide, you can walk to nearby bars and a beach where you can learn how to surf and is packed with foreigners, has a bar and somewhere to eat.

Ce petit paradis ce mérite ! Il vous faudra emprunter un chemin et descendre environ 90 marches d’escalier, mais une fois en bas … WHAOU Et rassurez vous, le personnel est à vos petits soins pour vous aider à porter vos bagages ! Les chambres sont parfaites et vous vous endormez avec le bruit des vagues qui claquent sur les rochers À marée basse, sont à votre disposition et gratuitement paddle et canoë Petite plage privative où vers 17 h, vous pouvez admirer un spectacle de singes, mais attention à ne pas laisser vos affaires sur la terrasse… et là encore n’ayez crainte car le personnel est toujours là pour qu’ils ne vous embêtent pas Honnêtement il faut y aller pour le voir et vous ne serez pas déçus ! Un remerciement tout particulier à Valentin, le manager ( qui parle 4 langues dont le français), pour sa bienveillance, ses conseils et son sens ultra développé du service et travail bien fait !

From the walk down the cliff to the beautiful Mediterranean influenced bungalows. This place rocks! All the staff are amazing and looked after us like family. Walks, surf, sunsets and cocktails. Hard to say goodbye!
