recently stayed at Sungu UBUD and found the experience largely disappointing. The only highlight was Mr. Sudi at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. We encountered broken and leaky taps, and the rooms, along with the amenities, were well below mediocre. The property appears to be understaffed, and even the existing staff seemed unsatisfied. Additionally, there were no options for vegetarian food. The maintenance of the property is severely lacking, leaving it in a state of disarray. The location is decent, with a 15-minute walk to the market, but this does not compensate for the overall lack of quality and care at the property. ---
