Veramente senza parole per la cortesia e le attenzioni ricevute in questo resort,oltre che la bellezza del posto. Menzione speciale a Sudi,che fará parte del nostro cuore,come anche gli/le altri ragazzi della struttura. Molto Comoda la posizione. Nonostante dovessimo andare via alle 6 del mattino l'ultimo giorno,ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta in una box da portare via. ECCEZIONALI. Porteremo sempre con noi un pezzo di voi.

迷人的酒店位置優越。客人可以步行前往市中心，也可以沿著飯店的2條遠足小徑前往。這裡也是探索和遊覽峇裡島的最佳地點。飯店附近的一條街上有幾家非常好的餐廳。工作人員非常好。早餐一般，僅此而已，按摩很舒服。房間分佈在小別墅裡，有戶外浴室，還有幾個游泳池。我推薦。

recently stayed at Sungu UBUD and found the experience largely disappointing. The only highlight was Mr. Sudi at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. We encountered broken and leaky taps, and the rooms, along with the amenities, were well below mediocre. The property appears to be understaffed, and even the existing staff seemed unsatisfied. Additionally, there were no options for vegetarian food. The maintenance of the property is severely lacking, leaving it in a state of disarray. The location is decent, with a 15-minute walk to the market, but this does not compensate for the overall lack of quality and care at the property. ---

J'ai passé 7 nuits dans cet établissement et je n'ai été que de plus en plus déçu par la propreté. En effet, le ménage est fait tout les jours et les draps sont aussi changés cependant ils sont tous tachés et sales ( poils, trace de maquillage, et diversent tâches). Ajoutez à cela une odeur de renfermé très désagréable. L'hôtel a clairement besoin d'une rénovation et d'un ménage plus intensif au niveau des maisons ( et je n'évoque même pas l'état des toilettes qui étaient déplorables). Malgré cela, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le spa avec massage est très agréable également et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse ! Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour avoir pris soin de moi durant mon séjour.

Hotel con decoración típica balinesa , habitación muy confortable, las zonas comunes son muy acogedoras , tiene dos piscinas muy bonitas . Nuestra cabaña daba a una piscina , personal muy atento y simpático, servicio de room service excelente. Tiene un transporte gratuito al centro. El servicio de room service es excelente. El desayuno incluido es bastante limitado y poca variedad, como punto flojo diré que falta mas limpieza sobre todo en el restaurante, también falta más limpieza y mantenimiento en las habitaciones. El último día nos prepararon una desayuno para llevar muy muy flojo, solo tenía una botella de agua un curasan y una pasta.... Si se mejorará lo comentado anteriormente sería un hotel perfecto para visitar Bali , ya que está cerca de Ubud. Personal muy atento
