美麗的別墅。他們的配置不是最好的，因為你可以聽到從隔壁別墅到戶外生活空間的淋浴或沖廁所的聲音！早餐很普通（除了補充品外沒有咖啡，沒有鹽或胡椒，沒有毛巾）大型游泳池需要維護。位置非常好

After 27 trips to Bali this is honestly the wórst accommodation I have ever stayed in. It’s a 2 star establishment and they should be hònest about that fact. Everything is literally stained, old, dirty, mouldy, broken and falling apart. We tried cleaning but without full cleaning supplies if was near impossible, our disinfectant wipes were just turning to mud. Mouse or rat pöö behind things and on shelves and in cupboards. Ants everywhere. Swimming pool in villa cloudy. Room smells so musty it was hard to breathe. Inside the drawers very dirty, no idea how the inside of drawer could get so bad. Floor is making my feet black. Cupboard in bathroom is full of red/pink mould, no where to put clothes etc. smells really bad!!! The wood around the bathroom sink is black with mould. Black mould on wall behind pillow. Bed is very small and only one very old pillow. Animal pöö on ledges in the bathroom. Bed very hard. Sheets are too small for the bed so come off in the night showing the really old smelly mattress - This is what I disliked the most it just felt so unhygienic and the sheets just smelt so bád. Curtains are old, dirty and smelly. Mosquitoes are really bad but they do give you coils but don’t light them or give you a lighter. Bad stains, damage and marks on every surface, all needs replacing. Side of kitchen cupboard was very deteriorated, mouldy and falling apart. Wifi is very slow. No hand towels to dry hands. Villa main door was very hard to lock and even when you think they are locked they push open. The pool filter goes nonstop so always noisy. The chairs are all a vinyl so your body sticks to them with the heat. There was absolutely so special touches like a frangipani on the beds etc. Staff don’t speak much English. Girl at reception isn’t great or nice.

The complex has so much potential but desperately needs renovations, new curtains, new bedding - including mattress and pillow protectors, new towels and new paint etc. Located in a great spot close to everything but also quiet these villas could truly be great with some work. The bathroom was very run down and needs to be upgraded, even a very good scrub would help. We found the cleaning let the villas down, a big spring clean would make a difference, plus basic upkeep needs more work. Also the bathrooms are joined together so you can hear the people pooing next door and the smell from the bathroom was just awful. The pools in the villas could also do with a good clean and more work on the gardens in the villas would be nice and make them look better. Sorry but only 1 star from us *

We visited the villas a lot during September as we had friends staying in one of the villas. I’m definitely glad we weren’t staying as the villas are very run down and need a lot of renovations. Basically everything needs work. The bathrooms had an awful smell and needed a full make over.

These villas are in a great position, only a couple of minutes walk to Double Six JL, then only 10 min walk to the beach. I have been told that they are slowly doing up all the villas which I think is needed, ours didn’t appear to have been done up yet but we did see people working on others. This being the case our Villa was clean, the bed really comfortable, the bathroom though a tad creaky was neat and clean. Only thing to go into these villas knowing you can’t flush the toilet paper, there is a small bin that you put used toilet paper in, I know this was common many years ago but I haven’t come across this in a long time. Our little private pool was in shade most of the day so was very cold, not so inviting for me. The two sun loungers in our villa were hard and very uncomfortable, we asked if were could have some of the padded lounge toppers but were told they don’t have for the villas only for the 6 communal pool lounges. Most of the staff were lovely, housekeeping and the bar staff in particular were very friendly. I found the front reception girls pretty disinterested, bored looking most of the time. When you first arrive at the villas your first impression is of a work site, messy, untidy building material scattered around, old sheds full of stock. They have no buffet breakfast option, you have to order your breakfast the day before and it is delivered at the time you requested to your Villa, we did not enjoy our breakfast at all, it was cold poached eggs on waterlogged bread with a strange assortment of things on a plate that was covered in sweaty cling wrap. However just a couple of minutes down the lane way are heaps of little cafes that have beautiful breakfasts.

Excellent location, within walking distance of beach, shops & supermarket. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely accommodation. Will definitely return. Nicely tucked away from very busy road but not that far that you can't access everything you need. 🙂
