Booking for 2 rooms, both rooms requested a king bed but got a single bed instead. The reception was not friendly. The toilet was dirty. There's a big cockroach in the other room. Hotel with no lift. So don't try to bring luggage with you. Can get a better hotel for this price.

Не знаю, кто ставит высокие оценки этому отелю, очень старый отель. Внутри номеров, можно сказать - разруха. Жили в 5 отелях до этого, этот самый ужасный. Белье всё серое и рваное, сантехника ужасная, ванная - грязная, ужас. Никто не моет и не приберает в номере нормально, пыль, паутина, ржавчина. На весь номер - одна рабочая розетка, не возможно зарядить телефоны, я не говорю про другие гаджеты, либо отключить холодильник и телевизор. Завтраки сносные, выбор небольшой, наесться можно, повар готовит все блюда в кляре, хоть курицу, хоть говяжий стейк, рецепт карбонары не знает, от слова совсем. Цена на ужины не дорогая, но еда приготовлена непонятным образом. Из плюсов, до пляжа относительно недалеко, рядом есть местные магазинчики и кафе.

Shower had no hot water the night we arrived. Shower lever needs attention as does the hot water service. Room door stiff to open, needs shaving and both room door didn’t close unless locked from inside. Small things needing attention.Otherwise, love coming back to this hotel.

This accomodation will suit any traveller. Situated at the older part of Kuta, it is an extremely amazing surprise and incredible value for money. No it’s not on the beach, but it is only a 2 minute walk through to the Main streets of Kuta and another 15 minutes to the beach, so it makes it a great day out to eat, go to the beach, eat some more or shop or get a massage then head back to the quietness of this hotel. 2 bottles of water is provided daily on request. The grounds are amazing. Like a rainforest with a large swimming pool. One site restaurant at value priced meals. Seamless checkin check out and only a short distance to the airport, which will cost about 60,000 rupee. Staff are amazingly friendly as you would expect. Highly recommended this way for those who don’t want to stay in a resort or want somewhere a little more quiet but still very walkable to the action of Kuta and Legian/Kuta beach. Loved it.
