平衡度假村(InBalance Resort)

Contexte un peu particulier (qui joue sur la perception et l'évaluation de l'établissement), nous y étions seul. Points positifs : - Emplacement les pieds dans l'eau (mais un peu difficile d'accès si on a loué une voiture) - Proposition d'activités (sortie dauphins, massages) - Chambres propres et avec une très belle vue - Belle piscine avec vue sur la plage - Petit déjeuner bon - Salle de bain ouverte jolie (mais impraticable par temps de pluie, ce qui est compliqué si on a besoin d'aller aux toilettes) Points négatifs : - Personnel en demi teinte : qu'on soit claire, on est à Bali, tout le monde est agréable mais justement pour Bali je trouve qu'il y avait une hétérogénéité dans le personnel, certains très souriant, avenants (coucou Esther !) et d'autres très distant (un volonté peut être de ne pas nous déranger...) mais lorsqu'on est seul, on aurait aimé un peu plus de chaleur humaine - Problème de communication (sortie dauphins annulée puis reprogrammée puis annulée...au final on nous demande pourquoi on est pas venu et on nous demande de payer une partie...après discussion cela est rentré dans l'ordre) - Le bar dans la piscine était fermé (toujours le cas ?) - Lenteur dans certaines taches (ex : cocktail de bienvenue ramassé seulement le lendemain, de même que les serviettes pour la piscine qui ont été laissé dehors toute la nuit (pluie +++), pour rappel nous n'étions que 4 dans l’hôtel. - Plage sale (certes il y a eu une tempête une semaine avant mais rien n'a été nettoyé devant l’hôtel rendant son intérêt nul) Au final on a eu du mal à se sentir à l'aise dans cet hôtel (le fait d'y être seul devant certainement y jouer) mais cela reste une bonne adresse malgré tout (d'où la note)

We have just finished a four night stay at Inbalance Resort and can highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway. The resort has a tranquil vibe and is located not far from Lovina. We stayed in villa #1 which is right next to the pool and the beach. We loved listening to the calming sound of the ocean and relaxing on the veranda. The room was clean and comfortable and had a lovey outdoor garden bathroom. Paul is a great host and is very helpful with tourism and any needs you may have. We would definitely want to return in the future.

Wat een fantastische plek. Wij zijn al op heel veel plekken geweest op Bali maar dit is veruit de Beste. Wij hebben echt kritisch gekeken naar punten voor verbetering maar die zijn er gewoon niet. Dankjewel Paul en Dewi, hopelijk tot volgend jaar. Grt Jan&Heidi xx

Everything about this place from the moment of arrival to checking out has been fantastic. Paul and the team have exceeded every single expectation and well as given our group the highest level of customer service I have ever seen in the accommodation sector. This place is an absolute must when travelling to Lovina.

Wonderful expérience. The place is charming, very quiet, the staff was great, and very nice. It was great to have a room just between the swimming pool. The food is good , and each day, we have tried different local recipes. Don't go there for the beach..as almost every where on lovina beach, it is dirty .too bad

This is a tiny collection of villas. The staff, from Esther, who was among the most charming, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff we have ever dealt with to the night security guard. Every single person we encountered at In Balance balance were a joy to be with. The restaurant menu was limited, but everything we ate at the multiple meals we had there was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Their goal is to provide anything you need and if they can’t, to make contact with someone who can and will provide it for you. Yes, for example, when I wanted a strong stronger massage than the usual masseuse provides, Esther called her mother to get the name of the lady who gives mom strong massages and there she was! Rides into town? No problem. Transport to Ubud? No problem. The only possible negative to comment on is that this hotel is rather off the beaten track. Perfect if you’re looking for quiet and isolation but don’t expect beach traffic and souvenir shops. Paul, the owner, actually wrote us a personal email, apologizing for the fact that he would be out of town during our visit. Esther sent us a separate highly personalized email offering thanks and support. A very special place.

Perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Right on the beach, beautifully manicured gardens and well designed rooms. The staff are very friendly helpful. Menu is basic but delicious. A good range of activities offered in the local area. We will definitely be back.

We came in the off season, The whole of Lovina beach was quiet. Perfect! The resort is right on the beach, and the staff clean the beach every morning. The rooks are spacious with an open air bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well The staff were friendly very helpful. We will stay here again!
