It is our 3rd time staying in this place and the last one. Experience started with a cheat, we booked Bali Dream Villa and the day we arrived we were "placed" forcibly in Bali Dream Suite Villa that we did not book and it is currently 50% cheaper than Bali Dream Villa. After a long trip we were both and too tired and too confused to even argue, also anger of the staff just made us surrender to "it is the same" - and its not the same by any streach of imagination.. So basically we overpaid 50% for the place we did not want to book. And we both naively thought the difference would be reimbursed, yeah will not be. While staying in here, at this very moment its a 2nd day without hot water but with plenty of excuses and ridiculous explanation, yet previously one whole day without water at all. With breakfast that by any even low standard seem like a joke (toast, jam butter, corn flakes, chocolate flakes, fried rice, fish chips (?!) sweet roll. Soap that after 10 days was changed once altho comb was changed every day, leaking not working shower head, 3 hours long cleaning of this room, not working power outlets, TV's that are basically props, no stations no programmes nothing, just a wallpaper, placed in ridiculous order, internet wifi - u need to sign many times a day to stay online, speed is ridiculously slow. We have this weird impression that we are overstaying and their hospitality worn off on us. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE we encountered in Bali and we strongly recommend to anyone seeking peace, bliss and serenity to avoid this place, it is both for Bali dream Villa and Bali Dream Suite Villas, you would never know where you going to end up anyway, and the goal seem to swoop as much money from you as possible. We have been cheated. This is simplest conclusion, if we'd wanted to book Bali Dream Suites we would, but we paid much more to stay in Bali Dream Villa, in place we were deny to stay. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and it used to be our best spot in Sminyak, I guess pandemic made all worse. AVOID!
