Surbooking réalisé par l'établissement. Ils m'ont prévenu 12h avant l'arrivée qu'il fallait que j'annule et que je ne serai pas remboursé, n'a pas voulu annuler ma reservation et m'a dit que finalement c'était bon on avait notre chambre. Chambre ne correspondant pas du tout à ce qui était proposé, qualité médiocre pour le prix payé, aucune amabilité ni excuse de la part du personnel de l'établissement. Aucune réduction ni geste commercial n'a été fait. Aucune intimité dans la chambre, accès par la salle de restauration et de réception. Vis à vis depuis le chemin d'entrée de la résidence. Impossible de payer par CB apparemment, à essayer et puis apres que l'ont ai inséré la carte et le pin, la personne à arracher la carte de la machine et n'a pas voulu nous imprimer le ticket, soit disant nous ne serons pas débiter. Nous avons du aller retirer du cash dans l'ATM le plus proche à 7min de scooter (et non à 5min à pied comme indiqué) heureusement, étant donné qu'on avait un avion à prendre ils ont proposé de nous amener gratuitement en scooter jusqu'à l'atm, il aurait été un comble de payer le trajet en scooter quand même.
