The room is pretty dirty and smells weird, it’s okay for a couple of nights and if you are looking for a cheap place.
The problem comes with rats. I’ve heard noises the second night and found evident signs of a rat sneaking in a coup board. I’ve asked a change of room and a better price for the last night as all the hotel around me were fully booked. What I got was a dollar discount and the rat on the ceiling instead of inside a cupboard.
