The place is not ready for accepting guests. Still, they're accepting guests without fully notifying the current status of the place. It's very deceiving and misleading. Firstly, they lied. Upon my booking, they sent a message that the place is going through construction, but the construction is done at 5pm Friday. Because I check in 3pm Friday and will stay 2 nights, I thought it's not a problem and kept my booking. They lied - the construction continued not only after 5pm Friday, but on Saturday and Sunday too. Secondly, they didn't fully disclose the status of the place - that it doesn't have a lobby, even an entrance gate, nor gym, nor restaurant or any other communal space, which would be basically expected when one books accomodation. It's in a remote place, but they don't provide any transportations AT ALL. I asked if they can provide transportation, and they say of course. After few minutes, they say they'll call gojek and I have to pay 70,000 IDR. This is how their service is in general. And don't be surprised - the attached photo is the main gate and the only way in and out of the place. All taxi drivers are unable to find it, and even they reach there nobody recognizes it's a hotel. Lastly, there are numerious minor things. TV doesn't have channels, Netflix requires my own account. No restaurant, so I have to order and get delivery. The delivery persons also have difficulties to find the place, so I have to spend long time to explain. When they find the place, the guard asks them to get out of their bike and let them walk, which let me tip them more. The villa itself is decent, I can give them that. But as I said, it's in such a remote place, TV doesn't show anything, and if you go out of the villa, there's nothing but construction site and dirts from it. In conclusion, if I were properly notified such status which is not ready to accept guests, I wouldn't have chosen this place. Only by being lied and misguided, I chose this place and it left me and my family the most horrible memory about Bali from our 7 day trip.

Неоспоримые плюсы: · Вилла: Чистая, просторная и абсолютно новая. Все блестит, техника современная, мебель приятная на ощупь. Дизайн продуман до мелочей, чувствуешь себя комфортно с первой минуты. · Локация: Идеально! До отличного пляжа — рукой подать. Утренние и вечерние прогулки по песку стали нашим любимым ритуалом. · Персонал: Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам! Очень вежливые, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Создают по-настоящему теплую и заботливую атмосферу. Важный нюанс, который нужно знать: Рядом с виллой идет активное строительство. Это накладывает два следствия: 1. Цена. Сейчас вилла предлагается по очень привлекательной, почти бросовой цене. Мы понимаем, что когда стройка закончится, стоимость проживания здесь вырастет в разы. Так что мы рады, что застали этот момент. 2. Пыль. Да, если вы паркуете байк или машину на улице, они будут покрываться строительной пылью. Для нас это была сущая мелочь на фоне всех плюсов, но к этому нужно быть готовым. Вердикт: Если вы ищете современный, чистый и уютный дом по отличной цене и готовы мириться с временными неудобствами от соседней стройки — это ваш идеальный вариант! Мы однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернемся снова!

I stayed here for only one day and was really impressed!The villa is cozy, very clean, with a great design. The pool is clean and well maintained. The bed felt truly royal, and it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Security 24hours onsite is very helpful. Front desk agents are the best, most attentive and caring staff right from the beginning. Recommended.

i had an amazing stay at Melasti Dream. the villa is clean, modern, bright, futuristic beautifully designed, spacious with comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathrooms too with a private pool surrounded by greenery. staff are friendly and the location convenient. a perfect mix of comfort and tropical! 🌴✨

В целом все очень понравилось! Очень внимательный персонал. Идеальная чистота. Все новое. Обязательно порекомендуем друзьям !!! Спасибо!!!
