We stayed here for a few days while visiting the local area Lovely hotel massive rooms very comfortable Staff very helpful and friendly The highlight for me is the rooftop pool and bar great view especially at night, bar food was good and great breakfast selection Enjoyed our stay here

服務超級好，環境很乾凈，我們人生地不熟，聯繫老闆來火車站接，老闆爽快地答應了，服務非常好！！白天還幫我們租了摩託車，特別優秀的體驗👍👍👍the hotel is really beautiful and clean, people are so friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it~ hotel boss is soooooo nice!!!

Family of 3 from Australia. We stayed in the double family room on level 10. Spacious, clean, warm, double rooms with hot showers and cold fridges. Staff were fantastic, especially the two lads who help with toast and seating at breakfast. Walking distance to night markets and WinMart. Couldn't fault it. We were the only 'western' tourists, but we were made to feel very safe and welcome. I would recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Ninh Binh.

因爲宿舍在安靜的位置,所以周圍沒有餐廳可以吃飯,有點遺憾。宿舍乾淨安靜,很好。雖然語言溝通有點遺憾,但是能看到親切對待的樣子真是太好了。距火車站3公里。距杭州4公里。距汗水4公里。這是最好的旅行者,可以騎自行車從贊安(Zhanan)到6公里。 早餐也很精心製作

Plusieurs fois que lors de nos passages à Ninh Binh nous demeurons dans cet hôtel. En centre ville, à 20 m de l'artère principale... Beau cadre intérieur, verdoyant dans les salles de restaurant et breakfast. Grand et propre. Breakfast vraiment copieux et personnel à disposition pour que ce soit agréable. Tous les collaborateurs sont sympathiques. Et si on ne les vit pas comme ça c'est qu'on n'aime pas le Vietnam, car notre sourire est le 1er pas si on veut obtenir non pas l'indifférence, mais leur attention à tous égards. J'ai vu des clients manquer de respect et peut etre que la suite ne leur a pas convenu. Chambre très grande, belle salle d'eau. Propreté partout... Et l'accueil et l'accompagnement pour les projets, par les deux managers est vraiment agréable, sereine... Une anecdote qui montre leur attention : Le dernier matin, nous devions prendre le train. Le breakfast était prévu tôt et il manqua la cuisinière... Ils se sont débrouillés en urgence et l'un des managers est parti nous acheter une bonne bouteille de vin du Vietnam pour s'excuser du retard ! Top attitude Un grand merci Messieurs !

Good hôtel with very helpful employees. They book for us our limousiné bus to Hanoi. Nice room and breakfast simple but home made (chicken soup). I recommande this hôtel and all the staff . Air conditionner and wifi are good. Look like a family staff !

Avoid this hotel if you don't want to ruin your vacation. We booked and paid 3 months in advance through Traveloka. We arrived and they sold our room to other people. Their explanation drives me mad and I wish to record video to post here. They said they will cancel our booking, refund without charge cancel fee, we need to look for another hotel since no more room. I asked to talk to manager but she said no magement three to talk since it is family business and just ignore us. I wish I can give 0 star rate for so unresponsive hotel.

為了看長安及一系列名勝古迹選了這家 房間麪積大 自帶的陽颱風景不錯 老闆會說中英雙語 作為不通越南語的我 難得在異國感到親切 最後回河內的時候 因為叫的巴士晚了 老闆還很熱心幫忙聯繫 說如果不行可以幫我們再叫一輛 不經常寫評論的我這次必須好評

Very friendly staff and great location, room is comfortable and spacious. Would recommend
