(Price includes reasonable VRBO fee of 8%, taxes, and payment processing fees)This is purely a small family and couples group get-a-way, not intended for a place to party. Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only.
