Relax with the family at this peaceful escape in Colorado’s nature w/ a HOT TUB and backside view of Pikes Peak! Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the deck as you watch the sun rise, or roasting marshmallows over the firepit with Colorado nature all around you as the sun sets! Peace and tranquility!! Just 7 minutes from the town of Woodland Park for great restaurants and conveniences, but far enough away to be completely unplugged and away with your friends and family. Excellent hiking close, and so much to do! (Price includes reasonable VRBO fee of 8%, taxes, and payment processing fees)This is purely a small family and couples group get-a-way, not intended for a place to party. Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only. You MUST complete the waiver before use (Adult making the reservation)-Pets result in a fine of $250 plus damages (owner has allergy). Additionally, rental agreement will be terminated immediately.-0 tolerance for parties. We give you your privacy and the camera is only there should issues arise.⇹ EV charger requires a Tesla adapter for Tesla vehicles. Please bring your own.⇹ There are 3 Smart TVs available - 1 in upper level, 1 in lower level, and 1 in the Primary bedroom. You are welcome to use your own login to any apps you would like. Please remember to logout prior to checking out!⇹ Woodland Park is a high altitude mountain town. Starter supplies for Boost Oxygen are provided to use and guests are responsible for their own care thereafter. We are not doctors and cannot guarantee you will not experience altitude sickness. Please do what you think is necessary to stay healthy if you are sensitive to high altitudes. ⇹ We recommend taking it easy on the first day, drink plenty of water prior to arrival, start in the Springs, drink Electrolytes, and Coconut water. Avoid heavy exertion and limit alcohol the first few days.Trash to Curb Service-Our neighbor comes to the property either on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to take the trash bins from the shed to the bottom of the driveway. She is an adult female.
