Mariners cottage has become a well known home on the island dating back to the early 1920's. The cottage attracts several visitors and pedestrians walking by. The Cottage is one of the few on the island that will still take you back to its heritage though without depriving you of the luxuries of today. This 2nd story cottage is totally private with its own entrance and 1 covered parking space. There is one large bonus/bedroom with two queen beds adjacent to a full bath. The Bedroom overlooks the cottage courtyard. The space also offers a main living room equipped with an electric fireplace. A fully functioning kitchen with new appliances adjoins the living room. The home is fully stocked to include: dining and cookware, linens pillows and blankets, towels, iron, etc. There is an onsite washing machine and dryer free of charge. Enjoy an inviting outdoor patio with dining furniture for 4. Bicycles, water toys, and all the excursions you can imagine are available within walking distance! The lower unit with accommodations for 4 additional guests is also available upon request if you have a larger party and would like to have both. This would include an additional complete home with kitchen, dining, living space, office, bedroom and full bath, as well as a large downstairs courtyard with hot tub. One additional parking space also included.
